Excellent. Just go! food, service and ambiance are rock solid, prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. Highly recommend this place for a nice romantic eve or special event! The Pork Chop was recommended by the server and it was the star for the table.. delicious! We will be back!

Really enjoyed our lunch. What a great, quality food restaurant. We were over at toyota and stepped across the street. I had yellow currey. Was very mild. The chicken was very tasty, loved the vegetables. My wife had pork and it was extremely excellent. Loved the flavor. The onion soup was far better, my wife returned the soup of the day to get it. The chips were divine, but didn't like the sauce. Nice blue cheese salad. Cheese cake was not great. But pecan pie was nice.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere. We enjoyed our dinner and dessert, and will be back again. They have many gluten free options as well.

WOW! WOW! WOW!! The chef is in the house, or someone in the kitchen can cook and crank out great, beautiful, quality food that is worth every penny! This place is a go to for date night!!! We had friends who wanted to try it. We had not been yet either so we made reservations for dinner! I loved everything about it! I had a late lunch, so I only ordered the Ahi Tuna and Lobster Bisque off the “Nibbles” menu. Oh my! PERFECT! Meal began with a hot, fresh loaf of bread (I think a sourdough) and butter. Also ordered by our group was Macadamia Crusted Mahi over Coconut Jasmine Rice, Slow Braised Beef Grilled Cheese with Homemade Chips and the Pork Chop with Mixed Vegetables and Sweet Potato Mash. 😲😋 We all raved about our menu selections (I probably didn’t even say them correctly!). MUST TRY stop if you are in Homosassa, FL. The interior decor is the cutest. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu! Place was busy! Great sign of a loved restaurant! Our server, Terri was a gem! She made our dining experience awesome and recommended some specials. She brought me a drink she called the “Flannel” but when I looked it up it is totally different from online recipes.
Cruzan Passion Fruit Rum, Proseco, Mango Puree and a Sweet and Sour. Sugared rim on the glass and garnished with an orange slice! My new favorite drink no matter what it is called! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Go give Wallace’s a try!

Very friendly staff, Owner is very welcoming. Small indoor seating with a medium sized venue space that easily can accommodate a larger crowd (75-125 people).
Definitely recommend!

Always a pleasure! We had an early dinner ordering shrimp and cheddar grit cakes which was delicious and spicy (not too), also tomato soup with a goat salad. Two lemon drop martinis later ,no room for dessert. Yummy, enjoyable and worthy of a visit. Thanks

Went there for lunch. Didn't disappoint! Creative menu with lots of choices. Had a hard time deciding what to get. Amazing service. We sat in the patio and it was so nice. Felt so close to nature, so relaxing. The food was so good. Can't wait to go back.

This little restaurant is a marvelous stop when traveling this area. Everything from the appetizers of yucca fries and hot pimento crab dip to the Parmigiano crusted cod and honey miso salmon were prepared with love and experience.

Had the brie and mushroom grilled cheese.. so, very good! I forgot my waiters name, but he was excellent. I can't wait to return. 😊

I stopped for lunch and tried the Cheeseburger & fries. Very tasty burger. 👌 The patty was juicy, flavorful and was perfectly cooked to my order - medium rare. Toppings were fresh. Fries were ok, nothing special. They don't have beer on tap but they do have a large selection of domestic and craft beers.
Staff was cheerful. I didn't have to wait long for my order.
↪ Companion dogs aren't allowed inside but we were offered the option to order take away and seat ourselves at picnic tables behind the restaurant. We enjoyed lunch in the park like atmosphere overlooking a beautiful spring fed pond. Nice! 👍

First visit, we sat in the porch area, very nice and comfortable. Service was quick and pleasant. My hat off to the chef, we were very impressed! I had salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables, my husband had the risotto and scallops, shrimp and mushrooms. Both were to die for!!! Only downside, and very little, was I ordered a piece of bourbon pecan pie to go. When I got home and decided to eat my pie, it was a tiny sliver. $9.00! Was disappointed with that😢

A great little restaurant located on 19 but also located at the headwaters of the beautiful Halls River! If you pay $10 per person you can launch your kayak. Protip don’t park in the small restaurant parking but instead park in the overflow parking to the north of the restaurant near the billboards. The food and the kayaking are top notch!!!

What an uncommon experience this place is. We came in with a party of six we didn't wait long at all for a table. Haley was a great server, knowledgeable and friendly. Multiple members of our party have been in the fine dining and hospitality industry for a long time. I think every person said their dish was the best they have ever had. We will absolutely be back and requesting Haley!

Fine dining at it's best. The staff is attentive and attuned to give you a wonderful experience. Food presentation is exceptional and the flavors explode in your senses of taste, smell and appearance. Wallace is well trained and passionate about his craft. What a fantastic gift to the area. The wine list is extensive and well thought out. Don't stop at dinner as all the desserts are incredible and made at the restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit and reserved ot seat at the multi-course 1776 theme dinner.

I was searching for a nice restaurant, something different but good. I came across Wallace's and was impressed by the guest reviews. The place is sort of remote and on its own but it is definitely worth the ride. It has an eclectic decor and is on the smaller side so
call and make a reservation even for lunch. Wallace's has a pleasing atmosphere offering a wide selection of specialty beers and drinks. The food is made fresh and they offer a nice selection of dishes which my group of 5 reported as being delicious. The deserts were wonderful. I also want to compliment the waiter. He was very attentive to our needs and prompt with his service.

Wow! What a delightful, top-notch experience. Everything we had was fantastic - the wine, the sangria, the bread, the mahi mahi, and the calypso chicken. The service was also excellent. Will return. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a nicer restaurant that did not serve fried fish and bar food, and we landed on Wallace's. We're glad we did. The restaurant is small, so be sure to make a reservation. The food was really good, and they have a nice wine list and creative craft cocktails. We had the pimento cheese crab dip, and it was fantastic. It's a good thing we don't live closer or we would eat way too much of that. My husband had the pork chop, and it was outstanding. Very juicy and flavorful. I had the mushroom and Brie grilled cheese with the soup of the day. It was good, but I should have gotten the pork chop. 🤣 Next time we come to Homosassa for a fishing trip, we will definitely return to Wallace's.

First time in…definitely won’t be the last! My wife loved the mushroom and Brie bisque. I had the blue cheese encrusted filet and she had the Parmesan pesto cod. Both were excellent. Sebastian was our server and provided great service! Looking forward to our next visit…will be coming after 5 next time because the bread looked awesome!

Had a early seating in the eclectic setting that was fun, but if you drank to much could turn into a very deep discussion about door and windows. If you go you will understand.
Dinner and service were both excellent. The menu changes almost daily, so if your going for the incredible scallops you may be disappointed - and be forced to eat something just as good.
Only the 2nd time I have added food pictures in almost 80 restaurant reviews.

Wow! What an amazing restaurant! 5 star dining with exceptional service, great atmosphere and super kind, courteous and attentive staff.
Our server Miss Lori was awesome, and Mr Wallace was a humble gentleman. The food was EXCELLENT, the prices fair and the portions generous. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the experience and will be back for sure! The only thing I’m unhappy about is that I waited almost 5 years to try it! See you soon 😊
