When we had trouble porting our phone numbers from Verizon and activating our new sim cards over the phone we went into this store 30 minutes before they were supposed to close and Francis saved the day. She was so patient, kind and helpful!

If you are looking for a great customer experience, I strongly recommend Jonathan Garcia. He’s going to make sure you feel comfortable, appreciated and welcome. He make sure you understand any little detail by explaining to you step by step during the entire process. He is very kind, humble and professional. If you go to this location, you better look for him in order to have a great customer service.

Went in to upgrade a phone and was greeted immediately, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. Had yo return because of an issue with the same phone a few days later and again received great service. My problems were handled and solved. Scott was very helpful and professional. He was diligent in finding a solution to fix my problem.

This experience was fantastic. The people were professional & explained things in a thural manner. They were also amicable. Big Kudos to Nigel & other customer service representative. Thanks again Katherine (update) came back and Martin the sales supervisor was great and really helped me with lookout and my messages and showed me how to use my google assistant

I went there yesterday to get a phone and the guy name Johnathan who helped us was very very friendly. I enjoyed talking to him and he was very helpful. He even laughed with us and explained everything so well. I recommend anybody to go there and see him. He will make you feel comfortable and he was very patient even tho it was time for him to leave but he stayed to make sure we was good. Keep up the good work Johnathan you are an excellent worker.

The associate Garfield went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Originally I'd visited the location down the street from here but they did not have any associates available who could access the sprint network. I decided to visit this location after verifying an employee could access the sprint network to help me. When I arrived I found out they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock but the other store did. Well, no worries, Garfield went and picked up the phone from the other store for me and brought it back so I could complete my purchase. Best citations service I've ever received!

Sy was particularly helpful. Got a prepaid cell without issue. There was a bit of the issue w the phone but they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Customer service was amazing love the associates here and they were definitely helpful ,knowledgeable and accommodating......LOVE THERE SERVICE
