Couldn’t have had better service. We were used to going to the Troy store with results that were less than favorable. Felt pressured to buy things we didn’t need. This store was a welcome change. I smashed my phone and needed an urgent replacement. I could only make it in 30min before closing and I knew this wasn’t a quick transaction so I was expecting to be told to come back another day, but the service I got was exceptional! Simon greeted me and helped me and assured me that it was no issue. He was also able to get more value for my trade in than expected. He was also super patient with me when we exceeded the time of close. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service.

Rick helped me, he was amazing. I came in to set up a new line, get a new phone, and upgrade my existing phone. Rick was incredible at multitasking, helping me with my multi-faceted needs while also assisting other guests. This is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had in 20 years of phone purchases.

Simon was great! Purchased a new phone and ported a line. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ended up purchasing their portable home internet and WiFi too which we’re really excited to see all that it can do. Made the whole process fast and easy. Great vibes and great customer service.

What blew me away was the follow-up call he made just moments after I arrived home and plugged in my device. I am thrilled to share my updated exceptional experience at Verizon. This store is truly outstanding, and there are always some incredible individuals you need to know.

Simon continues to amaze me with his extraordinary customer service. He went above and beyond to make my Saturday unforgettable by helping me acquire an iPad; something I have always wanted but never thought I could afford. His kindness and effort touched me deeply.

In stark contrast to my past encounters with other carriers, where I felt forgotten, alienated, and merely seen as a source of income, Simon and his team consistently make me feel like a valued part of their family. I genuinely look forward to visiting the Washington Twp. Verizon because of Simon and his team. I know that whatever issues may arise, Simon will take care of them promptly and efficiently. He always ensures that I am provided with the best possible options to meet my needs.

Seriously the BEST customer service I have ever received. The store had just closed but he stayed and helped me get a new phone for my daughter. I am honestly blown away by his professionalism, knowledge and care. Not many young people like him around. I highly recommend. I will be back to work with him for 3 more phones tomorrow!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience today between adding a new line to an existing account, purchasing a new phone, and trading in an old phone. Here are all of the great things that happened during that experience!

I called the store prior to coming in to make sure they’d be able to help me. Hunter was absolutely fabulous, patient, and kind on the phone and did not seem rushed at all. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with taking the next step of coming in-store. For me, that meant bringing my little one year old daughter in, so I wanted to make sure things were good to go beforehand.

I showed up in-store. It was clean, organized, and I was greeted in a friendly manner. Tanner, the Assistant Store Manager, greeted me and had known about me from my conversation with Hunter earlier. I checked out the phones and made my final selection with some great input from them. I did not feel pushed at all. The phone I wanted was not in-stock, but Tanner hopped in his car right away and headed off to get it from another store! This was such an amazing gesture to me and so appreciated. I would have been happy to wait a couple of days but they ensured I was cared for and everything handled in real-time.

Here’s where I actually held up the production line by not having my previous account number from another carrier handy. While trying to figure that out, Hunter and Tanner were beyond patient with me and my busy little girl, and did not seem at all frustrated or upset with me. This was amazing and not something I would have expected - they had all ducks in a row and I dropped the ball. Once I had the information needed, they continued the process so quickly and informatively.

Additionally, they went above and beyond and helped print shipping labels for my previous phone, packed it with care right in-store, and are sending it out for me! This was so incredibly kind and appreciated as small things like this have been difficult for me to do lately with having a little one and being pregnant. Again, they did not make me feel bad and were happy to help.

I could go on and on singing the praises of Hunter and Tanner, as well as this store. Thank you for being so good to people and for truly caring. You are both very knowledgeable and amazing at what you do, and most of all, you’re amazing people! Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I will refer everyone I know!

Austin did a fantastic job getting our entire family's new phones set up properly. He made sure all data was successfully transferred and that we understood all aspects of our new bill. Very knowledgeable and personable service, I highly recommend seeing Austin at this Verizon location.
