They blended my car very well she looks great. They completed the job a week ahead of schedule and the customer service was great. The Clifton park center is the best one.

From the start, they were always very friendly and very helpful. Ramon has done work on my car before and he always does an amazing job. He kept me informed the whole time they had my car. He got it back sooner than the estimated date he had told me. Picking up my car was soo convenient and they made it very easy for me where I can just drop off my rental there. Ian at the front desk was nice enough to contact enterprise for my rental pick up at their shop. They work soo well as a team at Caliber Collision and they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Ramon and your team for a job well done.

I had an accident that involved the front end of my car and the sensors,hood, and the side panels were all messed up bad. I was working with Ramon he was absolutely wonderful very professional very nice person to work with I would definitely recommend going to caliber collision and recommending Ramon. He kept in touch with me and let me know exactly what was going on step by step. He gave me a date when my car would be done and it was done on that date. I would definitely recommend caliber collision because they are the best my car doesn't even look like anything happened to it at all. They also detailed ,washed, and waxed it was beautiful. I will definitely go back if I need them the whole team was great.

I recently had my first experience ever with an auto claim, and was sent to Caliber Collision in Clifton Park, and was treated with courtesy and respect (by Ramon in particular , and by others in the shop). Car came back to me looking brand new! Also the entire process was made easy with the pick up and drop off of the rental car at Caliber, and with the handling of the insurance claim.

I've used Caliber Collision in Clifton Park for several out of pocket repairs and once for an insurance repair. In all cases, they've done great work at competitive pricing. I recommend them to all friends, family and clients.

The repair work was excellent and Ramon made the process incredibly smooth, especially dealing with the insurance and keeping me informed of the status. Their relationship with Enterprise also made is seamless for me to drop off my car and leave with a rental. And when I went to pick up my car, I just left the rental at Caliber.

Steam suddenly started coming out from under the hood of my Jeep about a mile from my destination. Since I was in traffic I looked for a safe place to pull over (out of the way). Fortunately for me it was Caliber Collison. The manager came right out and asked me if he could help. His mechanic came out and knew right away it was the water pump and serpentine belt. They called Advance Auto, took me there to get the parts and replaced everything at no cost to me. Needless to say I am extremely grateful to these guys for going above and beyond. WOW

Quality service, and highly professional. I was frequently kept up to date on the status of my vehicle, and even received it a few days earlier than it was sounding like it’d be finished. The work that was completed was phenomenal, and my vehicle looks brand new.

Very impressed. They did a great job on my 2022 Mach-E. Kept me up to date and did great work! Replaced almost the entire front end. I hope I don't need to work with them again but will if something happens again.

My car needed body work and front bumper replacement. Mr. Ramon was assigned the work from the Caliber Collision @ Clifton Park, NY. From the moment my car was given at the repair center, I received timely progress text messages. My car needed few touch up for the small dents due to road pebbles. Ramon took care to keep the touch up paint aside for me. On day of receiving the car back, my car was nicely cleaned from inside, vacuumed properly and he gave the detailed final inspection for delivery. I am happy with the service provided by Mr. Ramon and the Caliber center overall. I recommend the body work center to people looking out for repair of their vehicle and getting on road fast!
