First of all shout out to Amy for being amazing! My food was fresh and delicious, it was ready absolutely on time! I was in a bit of a bind as my 1-year-old was still asleep and I didn't want to wake him up from a nap ( any parent who's gotten off the nap routine understands why) as Amy is walking into the store I flagged her down and asked very nicely if she would be able to bring my order out to me, so I don't have to wake up my child and bring them in. She did this in moments! I was able to eat and have a sleeping child. Piada enabled my parenting win of the week!!!! Thx if you're a delicious and peaceful lunch!!!!!!

Great place to stop for lunch. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly.

As a tutoring business we require healthy, quality, brain food for us to provide to both our staff and students. Piada has partnered with us on providing students with rewards through their "smart noodle" program which is a big hit. Students love the food, and we love providing them a great reward opportunity that parents will feel good about feed their children. As a staff we thoroughly enjoy the food they provide us, the catering is easy and streamlined for businesses, and both Missy the store manager and Amanda the marketing manager has been such a joy to partner with. As a business we cant reccomend Piada enough!

I had the pleasure of attending a VIP event to test the team members and food before the grand opening. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and smile upon entering. My wife and I decided to get the BLT Piada and the Chefs Favorite Piada. I had the Chefs Favorite. I decided to add some hot fried chicken, BOY IT DIDN’T DISAPPOINT. This was very spicy and quite delicious. I was very full by the time I finished. On top of that, we also decided to try the pepperoni stick Piada and the Mac and cheese. All of the food items had great flavor! The service was very fast and the team members were very happy and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I suggest you try Chefs Favorite Piada with Hot Fried Chicken!

Went in a bit before 5 for dinner. Was greeted, restaurant looked clean, chefs were friendly, especially Chef Valicia. Most definitely one of the nicer locations. Will most definitely be back.

Piada only opened up a few days ago and we happened to be in the neighborhood so we decided to stop in. We really liked it, given what it is. The first thing to realize is that it is a riff on Chipotle – instead of Mexican-style burritos, you have the option of pastas, salad bowls, or their version of burritos. They do not call them burritos – they call them Piadas, but they treat them exactly the same as Chipotle – just with different fillings. That is not to disparage what they do – not at all! However, their tag line is “Italian Street Food” and that would be Paninis, and not these burrito take-offs.

We tried one of their bowls, a pasta, and their Piada Rolls. We thoroughly enjoyed each of them and they whole lot was relatively inexpensive and very tasty. The bowl was the Bacon & Blue to which we added a piece of grilled Salmon. The salad was very tasty and the salmon was cooked to perfection to make an excellent lunch. The Pasta we chose was Penne with the Fra Diavolo sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauce was well seasoned as well. The large serving size was actually too much for a lunch portion and enough to have leftovers. The Piada Rolls were their burrito shells with some cheese on the inside, rolled up, and then baked and served. They also have a version with pepperoni. While I keep referring to burritos above, these are not tortillas and do not taste anything like tortillas.

As you can see from my descriptions above, the food was very tasty and enjoyable. So, yes, this is a takeoff on Chipotle, and no, it is not Italian street food, but we will definitely stop in again to try some of their other offerings when we are in that neighborhood again! About the only real negative was that they are still getting their process in place – it takes a bit longer than it should to go down the line. We noted that they had two steamers for the wraps – but were only using one for instance. I am not taking away from this review for that – this is clearly a learning curve issue.

This location is always so helpful and accommodating. I ordered catering for my staff for a meeting we were having. We did individual lunch boxes for each person and they LOVED it! Everything was so organized and delicious. My staff requests it for almost every meeting we have now.

Really good and I love that the chef uses a wok, round bottom carbon steel. The Calabrian chilis in the "Chef's Favorite" are awesome, gotta try the Diavolo. Jen gets the others and loves them as well. Thanks, j We sure wish we could tip!

We stopped at the South Hills Piada to pick up dinner. We were in at an off-peak time, but the service and quality was still perfect. Valicia was incredibly kind, professional and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

My work place needed a huge 17 item order for lunch and they not only accommodated the entire order great, but they were able to get it all prepared in under a half an hour. They know how to make incredible food, prepare it unbelievably quick even during a lunch rush, and they were all very nice inside. I don't know how they could deserve anything less than the full 5 stars.

If you are a vegetarian, I would suggest going through the menu carefully because some of the food items contain meat. For example, my daughter doesn't eat meat but her wrap had meat due to lack of attention to read menus (my bad). Otherwise, the food is delicious and worth it to have a meal here. If we think carefully, the cost would be pretty much the same if not cheaper if we go to some fast food restaurants. In my opinion, it is a bit healthier and tasteful. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Piada is one of my favorite counter service restaurants. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I went last Sunday night to pick up dinner and the night staff couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. The supervisor Cameron and crew made sure my meal was prepared specifically to my request and the chicken was delicious and free of gristle. I commend Cameron and the night crew for excellent service and will be going back soon!
