Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair price and lots of extras available! I spent a hour there easily learning, test riding and designing a bike that would suit me. It was exciting… I never thought I would say that the entire experience was fun and exciting! But it definitely was!

The owners Gary and Michelle are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Pedego e-bikes and bike accessories. They went many extra miles to ensure my husband and I would have thousands of miles of smiles ahead of us on our new Pedego e-bikes. They provided us ample opportunities to test drive several e-bikes before we decided on an Element and trike. They provided necessary operating and riding instructions in a hands on environment. It truly was a pleasure purchasing our new e-bikes from Palm Coast Pedego.

The owners Michelle and Gary were well informed on all their products and gave us their full attention to help us select the best bike for me. Awesome experience in buying my first electric bike!

I recently went in to the Palm Coast Pedego store to check out the electric bikes. I was greeted by the owners they treated us like family. After looking at all the options I picked two bikes and accessories. I was told it would be a few days and they would deliver them. After what I am sure was a very busy day they showed up at my home and dropped off the bikes. Pedego makes a great product but the store you buy from is very important. If you are looking for exceptional service and down to earth people call them today. We love our bikes.

This is an amazing Pedego location! They have a great inventory but better than that is their customer service!! They are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! A pleasure to do business with.

We just helped our 16 year old son buy EBike so he can go independently to his track practice and job at chikfila. Michelle and Gary trained him and got him comfortable, fitted it and he loves it. Pedego provides an excellent product with a personal touch. We highly recommend them and the EBike

Congrats to the new Pedego e-bike store in Palm Coast on their Chamber of Commerce grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration yesterday! Ebikes are a great way to get around town and also offer our residents with various disabilities or health issue an opportunity to get out and about and enjoy our numerous trails and parks! Take a moment and visit Gary at the Pedego store located in the Island Walk Shopping Center.

The whole staff there is very informative, went beyond my expectations during the demo & have educated me on the Pedego latch bike! Really appreciated them making me feel comfortable & the warranty is excellent esp. with the lock...eases my mind. I'm still deciding if this is the way for me to go!

I just experienced riding an electric bike for the first time. What an amazing experience! I have mobility issues and I'm overweight. I have been wanting a bike for some time, but feared being stranded and not having the energy or mobility to make it back home. The people at the store helped me find the right bike that I could get on and operate and still get exercise. They took the time to teach me about riding an e-bike and then let me test drive one while they rode alongside to assist if I needed help. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. THANK YOU Pedego Palm Coast for helping me do something I thought I'd never do again...Ride a bike!!!

They were amazing. I left my E bike there and they fixed it very quick and were very nice also they had a very good price compared to other bike shops. Definitely recommend.

Great friendly staff that is fully informed & informative about their product. Michelle gave me a full hour+ demo & test ride, that really flew by, of three of the best model bikes that I'd looked @ for a comparison of each so I could get a feel for what I really wanted.

In the end I took a week to shop around, but went back to PEDEGO for the personable & knowledgeable customer service, the warranty (that really makes the price a bargain when compared to many other top names) & of course my Trail Tracker, which I love & has made getting around during the hottest time of year a literal 'breeze.'

I'd recommend anyone looking for an e-bike to stop here FIRST then go ahead & look around, if you have the time, & see if any other local shop offers the quality, customer service, or guarantee you get from this brand & store.

Lastly, if price is as much of a concern for you as it is for me, take it from a guy who pinches a penny so tight he has the image of Lincoln permanently debossed in his thumb, you'll end up right back here @ PEDEGO Palm Coast.

Michelle and Gary were very helpful. They took the time to show us all the different bikes and to teach us all about the bikes and how to operate them. My wife and I were there just looking but ended up buying two bikes. Great customer care!

FIRST OF ALL...These owners (Michelle and Gary) are wonderful, along with being knowledgeable about their bikes, but that alone didn't make us feel special...it was what they did for myself and my wife that was...let me explain...

It was on a Sunday (note they are closed every Sunday) and my wife and I noticed a new storefront and we us being so curious we both cuped are hands around our face and looked in...we notice the wide selection of bikes in the store...minutes later Michelle opened the door and invited us both in...and from that point she introduced us to her husband and their little dog. And so she explain to us novice ebike riders the pro and cons of ebikes. The selection was big...Michelle assured us she would help us find the right bike. She even offered us to test ride...Michelle was very informative. We didn't have time for the test ride but suggested we come back and try it before we buy it. Sounds good right?

SECONDLY...they do everything there..REPAIRS, ADJUSTMENTS ACESSORIES...A full service shop...as they say SHOP LOCAL!
I had to ask Gary and Michelle about the 5 year warranty on PEDEGO bikes...we were very impressed with what it covered. To end this...I am definitely returning ... Who knows...soon we could be riding a ebike!
