Had a great experience here and noone was bothered by my very raucous and rambunctious 3 & 5 year old granddaughters.

Eat here for lunch and or dinner all the time. Very friendly, hard working, fast paced staff. Great quality and always fresh.

Fast, food was hot, and service was great

Floors were dirty as were some of the tables. Prices have went up but thats inflation for you. The grandmother at the register looked kind of grouchy but she handled our order well.

The store manager is super sweet to my little. Barbara up front is the best!

The Arby's on Shawnee is very clean. The employees are nice. And the meal was cheap. Under ten dollars. 3 medium sized chicken tenders, curly fries, and soda. No other fast food restaurants are this reasonably priced and taste good.

The woman who was taking orders was clearly on something. She messed up almost everyone's meal and the manager was done, she looked over worked and stressed with the workers.

My favorite sandwich at Arby's is the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. The think sliced smokey flavored brisket is piled high. The barbecue sauce is tangy without being too sweet. I always ask for extra packets of sauce because it is so good. Add curly fries for a great meal.

The Jamocha shakes were superb and we love the sandwiches. But this was just a shake run. The one thing I would change is the price of the shakes. They are a little proud but they are good.

Kind of slow but friendly and great french dip,clean.inside and out.. bathrooms clean..loved it!

Lunch time is not a good time if you are in a hurry. Waited 20 minutes in drive-through for a Beef and cheddar and a medium drink.

Really nice Arbys, nice mature staff. No nonsense but friendly and capable. The place was adequately clean, although showing its age, food was hot and served fast for such a busy Arbys. The soft drink dispenser is a little dated, Coke needs to get them the new moderns that have flavors to add. We recommend this Muskogee Arbys.

The ladies that work in the evenings Tuesday thru Saturday are so sweet and know our orders.

Food is always hot and very good. Im giving it a 5 star rating.
