Alex from Crack-X repaired two large settling cracks in my foundation and finished the job in a timely manner nearly $1k under the competition's quote. I needed CrackXs services urgently on two separate occasions when we found major cracks in our foundation and lots of water was leaking into our basement. Both times the team was extremely responsive. They took proactive steps to try to fit us into their busy schedules, came over very quickly and did the job meticulously to our complete satisfaction, resolving the problem immediately and providing a warranty.

Chris from Crack X arrived a few minutes earlier than the promised time , which was great,, was very polite and professional, worked hard and quickly and he did a fantastic job repairing a leaking foundation crack. Newer main water drain pipe exiting home was leaking around pipe itself, esp. when heavy rain occurred. Area around pipe was treated and it has not leaked since. The company as a whole was straight forward from the start and knew their business. Other companies were vague about what might be the cause and cost of repair and started at a much higher base price than CrackX's standard price. Job was done on time, professionally, and I am pleased with the end product.

We had a couple of large cracks in the foundation of our garage when we moved in a few months ago. I wish I could remember the name of the person from Crack X who came out to fix them, because he did a great job! He and another person spent at least half a day inserting rebar where needed and filling the cracks with some kind of epoxy. When he was finished, he walked around the whole garage with us explaining all the work they did. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and interested in what he was doing. Hopefully we won't need to use them again, but if we do, we'll give Crack X a call!

Great service! They scheduled us quickly and sent a very qualified and very nice young man to do the work. He explained each step and showed me everything he was doing so that I understood what was causing our leaking problem and what he needed to do to correct it. We highly recommend them! I have contacted Crack-X Team when I want to sell my home and want to take care of the cracks in my basement foundation for the future buyer to be happy and David Mossman from Crack-X has scheduled a visit to my home, thoroughly verified my basement foundation on not just what I have shown, but explained me deeply on what is wrong and what is not wrong. He made great suggestions, explained me the next steps.

He provided me with a very workable and reasonable quote, which I never thought would be so reasonable. His Team arrived promptly to fix the cracks with epoxy. They were very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Cleaned up the place without any issues. The whole work was completed in less than 3 hours as promised.

Chris did a great job fixing my water and sewer line cracks. I have already recommended him to two other people I was so happy with the work completed. They are also more competitively priced than other companies out there for the same work.

I had an issue with the crack in my basement and Dave was able to help me out and put me at ease before he even stepped in the home. He was very responsive and took the time to listen to me and explained what was going on to the best of his ability based on the pictures I was giving him.

I had a small leak in the tie rod area in my basement and asked Crack X Natick to do the repair and Patrick shows up on time and did the repair.

He was very professional and courteous.

Unfortunately there as an adjacent leak to the area he repaired and once again he returned to make the fix.

No further issues.
