CVS Pharmacy

I am extremely satisfied with the care and service I receive at my CVS pharmacy. The store is well stocked, clean and the employees are always professional, helpful and caring.l am grateful for the service I receive.🙏🏻

Like all CVS locations they are understaffed at the pharmacy. Every time we go their computer system is always" running slow" . The main check out area is usually rather quick especially self check out. I've also had multiple issues with filing medications my health insurance wants the pharmacy to fill for a 3 month supply and charge me 3 co-pays at once. Which should not be up to my insurance since they are not the ones that have to pay for it. So I have told them repeatedly to fill one month supply and put the remaining as refills which is how my prescriptions are written anyhow. Pharmacists are knowledgeable but some of the technicians you have to repeat yourself multiple times for them to get things right. But I try to be patient because they really are overwhelmed with customers.

PHARMACY - PLEASE, IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUT SOMEONE ON HOLD FOR A HALF HOUR, FIX YOUR OUTGOING MESSAGE TO GET RID OF THE INCREDIBLE STATIC, HORRIBLE SCRATCHY MUSIC, AND MALE MESSAGE THAT "ALL PHARMACISTS ARE BUSY" PLAYING EVERY 30 SECONDS. IT'S OBVIOUS AND THE CALLER DOESN'T NEED TO BE REMINDED THEY ARE BUSY! THANK YOU.

The cvs is ok but the pharmacy needs a renovation yesterday as far as how they run their politics or whatever. Between always waiting a minimum of 15 min behind 1 car in the drivethrough or being texted to come pick up a script that's not their when I do. And the misinformed staff, Boy oh boy... no longer will use CVS pharmacy like at any, not just this one.

One of there cashier Charlene I have very bad experience with her & also on same time the supervisor depending her but not showing the return policy how it’s works
