Only went to pick up a prescription. Nice and helpful staff

Can be very busy at times.

Vaccine appt. 65 minutes for 1 miute shot. Can't print forrms you filled out o line, so have to do them over. Store is filthy.. see the dustballs on the floor. Looks healthy to me.

The rudest pharmacist, Tara, and worst run pharmacy in Springfield. Always running out of meds, delayed prescriptions even after you put it in a week ahead of time, and this is after getting the same meds for years from there including insulin. We will get notifications that our prescriptions are ready, and you go up there and they actually aren’t filled, and we are told to come back tomorrow. 10 years ago, this pharmacy was run so well. How sad that the current pharmacist is such a nasty person to customers when questioned and can’t run the pharmacy efficiently.
