Walgreens Pharmacy

Victoria in the Pharmacy department is hands down the best person ever! This location was out of stock of the medication I needed but she made every effort to find a location that worked for me. Truly so thankful for her and her hard work! She is simply the best and I would continue to use this pharmacy in the future solely because of her. Thank you! :)

The pharmacy staff were so patient and understanding with my children who are fearful of immunizations.

Walgreen’s won’t return a dry shampoo SPRAY that is so strong smelling that I had to wash my hair to lose the headache it gave me. (They were out of my regular, Suave, so I bought the most similar thing I could find there and it was the Garnier brand.) Less than 24 hours from the original purchase I returned to the store to return or exchange it. The store would not return it or give me store credit because it is a “beauty” item. Nothing. They said it was because of Covid. This “beauty” item is literally use by holding it out away from your head and sprayed from 6” away, never touching your skin. This overly broad policy turns common sense on it's head, and a manager with thinking skills should override it according to whether it touches you. I only used it long enough and sprayed enough of it out of the can for the overwhelming smell of it to hit my nose, so only a mere imperceptible scintilla was used up. (Meanwhile, Kroger returned powder makeup I’d actually used that was the wrong color.) I told them they should put a large sign up because that’s a very extreme policy and different from other stores, and 1/4 or more of their store items would fall under this policy.
You’ve been warned about Walgreens, as well as Garnier dry shampoo induced headaches. You’re welcome. 😜

Waiting on life saving antibiotics. Dont go here. After failing to do as they promised they came up with excusses and told me i would have to do their job for them if i wanted a prescription. First on the list is to change pharmacys. Very dissatisfied with what i thought was relatable business. Shame on u walgreens. U suck!

I was on hold for an hour to speak with a pharmacist. Someone hung up on me so I had to call back only to have two more customers ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous.
