The shelves were kinda empty the lady that was working must have been having a bad day she wouldn't move out from behind the counter and if she was asked where something was she would say well it was there Tuesday someone must of bought it we figured that out rocket scientist

Be sure to check the prices.. went in to get hair spray sign clearly said 16.99.. it came up $17.99. I told the cashier, she saw it but said there isn't anything she could do to change it. She said , there isn't a manager on duty to override the price. She did say she could take one of the hair sprays off of my purchase. Not sure how she thought that would help with the price being wrong!! Ugh!

Came to the store today at 6:30 and clearly has a sign that states it closes at 7:00 p.m. The lady behind a cashier was talking through the store saying she was the only one in the store. I don't know what that means but I'm certainly not impressed by the customer service. I was alone and as a senior certainly not threatening.

My online order got canceled because they said my item wasn’t in stock. Went to the store and the item was there . Then the lady was like no this is not the item when in fact it was.. so I could repurchase it but they won’t give me my coupon I used online!! And now I have to wait 5 business days for my money to get refunded

Just lost 5 customers by not opening on time on Black Friday. Plus myself. Called at 10:15 and asked what time they opened and she replied, “We’re supposed to open at 10. I’m on my way to work now.” Typical of today’s sorry workforce. I’d personally fire such an employee.
