I needed to have my solar panels cleaned after several months of accumulated dirt and bird poop. Ruben came out within an hour of my call and did a fabulous cleaning job on our panels. I was so pleased with his attention to detail (something you don't often see nowadays) that I asked him to place us on a 6 month schedule. He was very attentive to all my questions regarding his companies other services that I feel comfortable in recommending Hybrid Pro services to our local AV community.

Ruben is a very knowledgeable person, he was very meticulous in explaining how we need to take care of our carper. I was hesitant to hire a someone to clean my carpet but after I saw the reviews, I figured I would try. Let me tell you, from booking to the end, our experience was beyond my expectations. They did a great job cleaning my living room carpet. The previous owner had dogs and they left a strong smell. The carpet hasn't dried yet but the smell is gone so far.

All I can say is wow, the customer service and punctuality of being on time is top notch. Prices were up to todays standards with no complaints The 2 rooms they did were like brand new. We will be definitely be using them again. If you aren’t using their services you are missing you.

Ruben is attententive to my questions and gave very good information. Prior to Ruben"s visit, i had extensive drywall and total floor replacement, and as result the windows and screens were very foggy, construction dust and grime.

I usually clean my own carpets but when I noticed a few stains that I struggled to remove. I reached out to Hybrid-Pro, Ruben showed up with a great attitude, walked the house and told me he should be able to take care of those stains. Soon enough Baam! Amazing experience with Hybrid-Pro Cleaning Services. Ruben came out for an estimate within the week, and the estimate documentation was very detailed. After approving the estimate, we got scheduled. Day of, Ruben took care of panel cleaning, pigeon cleaning and nest removal, and put bird mesh to keep the birds out. Afterwards, the payment went smooth and we received an invoice detailing the work done with photos and a payment receipt. Amazing work and none of that contract headaches I've experienced. Very responsive, on time, great quality of work, and great prices/warranty. The big one for me was communication and no cutting of corners. Honest work. Don't wait for pigeons to destroy your roof.
