This is the most luxurious gelato and chocolate sweet shop I have ever been in. The sales person “woody”⭐ was very welcoming and answered my questions with much enthusiasm, the atmosphere was beautiful 🤩 I took some photos for memories. Their chocolates are imported from Italy and I’ll have to give it a try some time. I would give it 10 stars if possible :3.

Walking around the mall and bumped into this delicious gem! Linda the supervisor is very nice and knowledgeable about all products. All the samples were delicious! We will definitely be back for more!

I come here almost twice a week, I cannot get enough! The best gelatos I’ve ever had… Do yourself a favor and add the dark chocolate + roasted nuts in the bottom of the cup or cone, sooo goood. Camila and Linda were amazing and made us feel like family. We will keep coming back for more :)

Oh my goodness! I came into the store with my son not expecting much, however my expectations were absolutely shattered as i walked through the door. The nice little atmosphere reminded me of my home country Italy. The food reminded of such too, as the gelato tasted like my childhood. 10/10 if ever in the Boca Raton area i do recommend!!!!

If you are looking for the most delicious Italian Ice Cream In Boca Ratón you must go to Venchi! And Linda and Daniela are the best, she will you help to get free chocolate and discounts!!! I really love this place!!!

Girl at the counter was super friendly! I came back in February and couldn’t remember somthing I ordered back then. They were super patient and helped me out! Chocolate and everything here is amazing!!! Super clean to!

We loved the place and the ice cream so much that we went back for the second time and the waitress (Linda) served us really well, always with a smile on her face. We were very happy to be served so well.

Best ice cream I’ve had in a while! Linda showed us around and gave us chocolates to try and they were amazing! I recommend you try the pineapple coconut and mango flavors! :)

I recently visited Venchi chocolate store and had the pleasure of being assisted by the store manager, Maria who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, providing detailed information and answering all the questions we had with ease. Her friendly demeanor and inviting smile made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does and cares about her customers. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walked in. I would definitely recommend both her and this store to everyone looking for a delightful chocolate shopping experience!

I’ve been to the Venchi’s in Italy over them summer and loved it!! The gelato & chocolate is absolutely amazing so I came to the Boca Raton location with family and it was exactly the same!! Linda helped us in the store and made the experience extra special!! My family’s favorite gelato place by far!!

Where do I even start? This place is fabulous, amazing and all around perfect. The flavors here are breath taking. Especially the chocoviar, coconut and strawberry which I enjoyed throughly. The customer service here was spectacular and very pleasant to converse with. A worker named Camilla helped me choose which flavors and did an excellent job at providing customer service. I thank Camilla for her work ethic and her dedication to helping me choose a preferred flavor by giving me samples and narrowing down what I should choose for that I am grateful. Overall it was an amazing experience that I’ll never forget and the workers at Venchi made this experience astounding and the atmosphere made my day all that much better. Thank you!

DELICIOUS! I love coming here because the gelato never disappoints, and every time I enter this store the employees create a loving atmosphere. Today in particular, I had a fabulous conversation with Woody and was even taught the history by another worker named Camila. It’s amazing to see a place with such kind and dedicated workers.

My first time visiting Venchi. I loved the warmth welcome from staffs. Woody was very friendly and helpful as he made suggestions for my mom and I to try. The price is a bit high, but getting premiere service makes it totally worth it. The vegan mango will have you going back for more! The environment is clean and overall lovely.

Woody and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. Such attention to detail, caring, friendly, and patient. It was our first visit, and we are beyond impressed and looking forward to the next time we come back. I’m not sure which was more outstanding-the chocolate and ice cream or the employees! 5-stars all around!
