What an outstanding experience! Owner Faith Blake spent so much time with me in a personalized consultation and helped me choose the perfect gorgeous wig. As a consummate professional, she is able to cut and style wigs to give you the most polished look. She has the latest upscale selection. I love going to her boutique.

My wife has recently lost her hair due to chemo. She decided that she was ready for a more normal look and was interested in trying a wig. We found Ms Opal on the web and visited on a Sunday. It's was very busy, only one attendant on Sundays, and we were about to leave when we spoke to another cancer fighter who spoke very highly of this business. So we waited our turn and it was well worth it. Cindy, the attendant, was a real gem. She was very patient and tried wig after wig until we found one that was perfect for my wife. A product can be purchased from anywhere, but when you get treated with care and respect, it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you, Cindy, for you kindness, sincerity and humanity.

Have shopped here at Big Apple Flea Market for many years. It has changed hands and names over the years, but remains a staple shopping center in Delray. Although, since the covid-19 pandemic, there aren't as many shops open in the mall. I've shopped at Ms Opal's Wig Salon for over 15+ years. Staff is always friendly and courteous!. Always seem to find just the right new style to suit myself. Thanks!!!

Miss Opal is a wonderful woman and a master of wigs. She is very knowledgeable about different types of wigs, which colors and styles are best for individuals, etc. Miss Opal is also extremely skilled in customizing individual wigs to suit personal tastes. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The wigs were very expensive, stiff and outdated. A synthetic pixie cut wig was $450.00 and the human hair was $1500.00. found the same wig on Amazon for $18.00. Will not be going back. Customer service was okay.

I paid Over $600 for my wig, it's not even real hair, she told me to come back for a style trim but she was so busy and just did a 5 minutes trim. Didn't help it to make better at all. Don't bother.

Don’t bother. Lots of wigs here but poor customer service. Two women helping one other customer but I was not even spoken to - left after about 10 minutes.

Three years back purchased a hair piece for my daughter's wedding. Opel saud it would be in within two weeks. It finally arrived 2 months later, after the wedding. Recently I foolishly went back and purchased a ponytail. I specifically asked how long it would take. Told two weeks. It took 2.5 months plus found same item on Amazon for $20 less! Opel is happy to take your money and make false promises on delivery. She blames manufacturers but never checks to see if item is available. Font buy from her
