I wanted to express my gratitude to Joanna for her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me with upgrading two of my cell phone, making sure I understood each step along the way. The store was also very clean and well-maintained. In the future, I will definitely be requesting Joanna for assistance. Thank you for your excellent service!

Jennifer helped me with courtesy, first thing on Black Friday 8 am. They could not accept my returned 5G gateway there, because they weren’t a participating dealer as mentioned by Customer Care T Mobile. She printed my return authorization UPS label out for their 5G Home Internet Gateway. And told me there's a UPS store in the shopping center behind the store. Since UPS Store doesn’t open until 9 am I decided to return it through a CVS store where many of them now have a UPS Access Point available for UPS drop offs. CVS opens at 8 am until 10 pm most times. There they scan it in the UPS Access Point system and send you a receipt with tracking by email or by text message.

Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Miriam and Rodolfo helped us through the process of purchasing new phones and were super patient helping us through the process of setting them up. 10/10 service

I took my two grandchildren for new iPhones today at T-Mobile on Garth in Baytown and we had a great experience. JLo was the person who served us. She spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed in any of our choices. JLo was extremely knowledgeable about all her products and all plans available. She was so friendly to all of us, establishing a good rapport with the kids. We left with the kids extremely satisfied with their new phones (and Apple Watch!) and I felt she worked very hard to find me the best deals available. Thank you, JLo!!

Fred W. A T-Mobile Representative was awesome at the T-Mobile Garth Location. He is a very professional, courteous gentleman. He assisted me with getting my new Baytown home setup with the T-Mobile 5G Internet within 30 minutes. I am a current T-Mobile customer with 5G internet at my Webster TX home & T-Mobile cellphones. I highly recommend T-Mobile for cell phones & 5G Internet Service.

Best experience my wife and I have had by far in ANY tmobile in the houston/baytown area , very professional team , never gave up , wether it was for the bonus or just genuine nice people (id like to think both) which either one is good for me. It just means they take their job seriously which is what any job in the world needs, people that find ways and means to help. Get that bag ! Shot out to these mofockers , Musa, Stephanie Zamora, Joanna best team , yall want REAL help, if yall come in this tmobile store , ask for them , specially Musa and the other lady that stuck by him (forgot your name sorry!:() but you know who your are! :D thank yall!

We had the pleasure of having Joanna assist us today at the Garth road location in Baytown. She was very helpful and got my mom and I all set up with our new devices. The location was extremely busy, but they were all very polite and friendly and made sure they were still giving great customer service! She made our experience pleasant and I highly recommend anyone needing help to visit this location and ask for JoJo! (:

So stop what you are doing and head to t-mobile on Garth Rd and let Fred and Mariam take care of you! They are the best ever! No lie! You will not be disappointed I promise you!!!!!!!
