The Alibi

First time at the Alibi this past Sat. Was like walking in to a Judd Apatow movie... to ppl doing the electric slide between re-purposed couches and snugly fit pool tables. Music abounding, spirits pouring, happiness exuding. A spectacular time, if you love dive bars. They made us feel like family tho we'd never been there before. Highly recommend! (not for those with sensory issues unless they prepare).

All employees were fabulous. I don't know the blonde that took care of my order but she was on the ball and brought it to me. Bobby was professional and kind and took care of it all. I cannot say enough nice things about it. The hard rain kept people home and while the creek was rising this fabulous band, "Red Dirt Road", kept us dancing, singing along to support them. Good times were had by all. I'd recommend this band if you are needing to book someone. I'll post pics I took.

If you remember what cafe bars once were, or would just like to know, stop in at Lisa's. The burger and fries was good, the brewed tea better. Play some pool on the coin op tables and relax in 1960 once again. Do be aware it's a smoker's cafe and if you don't recall what that's like it's a bit smokey in the air and a tad dirty. But hey, this is what they all once we're and not so many remain.

November 2022. New owners. It was called Lisa's if i recall, now it's Alibi. It's much better, non-smoking, my chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and of huge size. Iced tea was very good. There's a larger room in the back. It still reminds me of the old school bar& grill, but this one is definitely family friendly, and i really enjoy that kind atmosphere. My only suggestion is toast the hamburger bun. It's a bit of a shocker biting into a cold bun. Otherwise, good job!

Fun bar with great food and friendly staff! Good music on the weekend with pool tournaments on Sunday and trivia on Monday’s.

Probably the coolest little small town bar I've ever been to. Variety of people, clean environment. They serve food in a small town where everything shuts down early.

Food is excellent and presented very well. Service is outstanding. Clean throughout including the bathrooms. 4 pool tables. Live bands. Jukebox, photo booth, bowling game, and pull tabs. Fun place.

So I just relocated back to Indiana from Tampa
I live in Indianapolis and my dad lives in Corydon. Last night was the first time I went to alibi's my little sister came to visit from Ohio as well so me my sister her boyfriend my dad and his girlfriend decided to go in there have a few drinks and listen to the band. Just wanted to tell you we had so much fun in that bar last night atmosphere was great your bartender Brad was hilarious he didn't get mad when we were joking around with him he gave it right back LOL he even went back to tell my dad that he was sorry that he was my dad LOL told my father to put me in time out I said good luck with that!! Can't wait to visit again the band was really good to!!!

We went and watched The Skinny play here, it was hopping! Lots of fun and $2.50 domestics :)

Night I went to the Alibi, they had my Husband's Friend band playing (BiPolar2.0). The people were Polite and Friendly, the prices were reasonable and the Band was Off the Charts!!

They opened on Christmas and gave out gifts, free snacks and meals.

It was a very nice gesture on their part to offer a place for those that may be alone on Christmas.

Local bar with local people good cold beer fast service. Crowds are lively and you can play pool.

Loved it my music and pool playing. I don't drink. I just needed to get out for a while and have fun. I love Stanley. , he is friends with my mom and step dad.
