Wow!!!!! Not only describes the ice cream but also the wonderful staff! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the friendly atmosphere that I walked into. I Live locally so I am on LBI a lot. The homemade ice cream was delicious! I was impressed with the selection that was offered. I learned that they had vegan options for me and also offered nut friendly options as well. This is definitely our new FAVORITE place! Be sure to get there early! I arrived at 6:30 and a line formed instantly behind me. Definitely worth the wait! Oh and my pup loved their doggy treat! Truly a family friendly place! Enjoy!! I did t photograph all our ice cream but here is Rocky Road and Gelati!

We stopped in after dinner for a treat. The super friendly staff was impressive! Loved that we could have tastes of the many different homemade flavors. My key lime ice cream topped with Graham cracker crumbles was a winner! Having vegan options was great for us. Definitely a place you should visit!!

5 stars isn't enough for their vegan selection. The vegan coconut ice cream is smoother and more creamy than a Gelato. How. Is. That. Possible?! Phenomenal!

I also got two of their other flavors. I will say I wish it had more "stuff" in the ice cream but the flavor and texture is divine! The choices are very simple here but still worth going and getting if u enjoy quality ice cream. 10/10.

The employees working in this store should all wear cut off shorts and aviator sunglasses because they are the TOP GUN’s of the local ice cream scene!

A nice place to take the family for ice cream. It was very busy when we got there after dinner but the line moved quickly. It is walking distance from our condo and there are tables out in front where you can sit to enjoy dessert.

Trust me when I tell you, place has phenomenal ice cream. One of the girls behind the counter was a bit snarky, like 8 kids are supposed to know the difference between sugar, waffle and cake cones (my advice, give them what's traditional unless otherwise requested). Minor hiccup, I'm not picky. Service was quick and one salty employee can't ruin an otherwise phenomenal establishment.

I've had A LOT of ice cream across the country, including Wisconsin and Vermont which supposedly has the best. Homemade ice cream is homemade ice cream, and this place has the freshest ingredients and tastiest ice cream you'll find within 50 miles of the island.

Plus we all LOVED the ring game outside by the tables. That alone guarantees our return. Highly recommend and we're a loyal group and so long as things stay the same we'll continue common back!

Too bad they're closed on Tuesdays though cause I'm in the mood right now (Pro tip: any good ice cream place is closed once a week)!!!

Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! They have a few vegan options too! The vegans in our group were really impressed with the ice cream too! We went on a Saturday night and the line wasn't bad at all. I can't believe the line wasn't longer.

Great new local ice cream place. New to the neighborhood and our new favorite ice cream spot on the island. Good range of ice cream flavors and definitely tastes like home made! I originally posted this review several weeks ago just after this new business opened. They continue to make improvements in line management (so wait time is reasonable), places to sit and enjoy your ice cream and flavor variety.

First time trying Ship Bottom! We went here after leaving 2 of our normal shops because the lines were so long. Came with a big group on Saturday night for vegan ice cream and regular ice cream - both were delicious! We'll be sure to come back when we're at the shore

Nice, new ice cream shop on LBI. Delicious handmade ice cream and a nice outdoor seating area. Many of your typical flavors, but also some different ones like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Ice cream was rich and flavorful.

My wife said the strawberry cheesecake ice cream was the best she's had. My cookies and cream was very good with lots of cookie chunks.

They also have vegan options.

Delicious ice cream! Vegan flavors were just OK but I appreciate that they have them. Cinnamon toast crunch ice cream was amazing.
