My interaction with everyone at the clinic was very nice and friendly. Would definitely be going back in the future when the next need comes up.

The nurse practitioner and staff were very friendly and thorough. We used the “save my spot” feature from the website and saved lots of waiting time. What a great asset for the community!

I went to the little clinic for a Covid test during our “Snow” storm. They were very professional and gave excellent advice and care. I’d highly recommend!

Staff was excellent . I made an appointment prior to my visit which helped me avoid any wait time. It was a great experience.

Signed in at 8:08 today waited 53 minutes to be told that they don't have an opening until 10:40. Colossal waste of time went to u of l health they got me right in. Whether you make an appointment or walk in the time that you will be seen appears to be random. Will never go there again one star

i was feeling bad and went in to see what was wrong, signed in, front lady had an attitude cause i didn’t know my little appointment number, my bad lol, anyway she wasn’t masked and i was getting tested for covid and flu, she asked me to pull my mask down to test me, i said respectfully i know i’m contagious don’t u want to put on a mask? she said no she already dealt with covid that morning, it’s a week before thanksgiving. u smart lady, anyway i have the flu so. doctor lady was nice. i’m prob gonna go to a different little clinic next time

My daughter and I stopped by the clinic on Sunday, August 31st. The receptionist or person handling customers was quite unfriendly. She just kept saying there would be a wait. Then she left for break without providing any assistance to my daughter who just wanted her to check to see if insurance would cover a vaccination. She just said that my daughter could come back hours later, but there would still be a wait. Very poor customer service. We will not visit this clinic again for any type of service.

Every time I come here and it’s the male doctor on duty , he takes way too long with each patient and you have to wait for 2 hours Or more to do anything . Time management is important... I understand trying to be accurate but just hanging out with each patient and taking forever to complete paperwork is a bit ridiculous.

Everyone I’ve met up at the little clinic has been nasty and rude besides one of the main doctors she a sweetheart and then I had to call back to get my test results and the only words I got to say was “hi yes I” and then she hung up on me. You shouldn’t be working with people if you’re gonna be nasty with them and rude find a new job everyone who goes up there can tell they hate their jobs smh.

I made an appt in person for my daughter’s sports physical. I was told walk ins are NOT accommodated. So we return, at our scheduled time. Three staff members were there, all chit chatting. There were no other patients. No one acknowledges us. We sign in and sit down. We wait 40 minutes. We are 3-4 feet away so we can hear them talking and so forth. She finally calls us over. She does not apologize for the wait, not even say hello. She said “you can come over now”. She was so rude, I decided to leave and find another place to go. I’ll never go back. I am a nurse and if these three cannot deliver simple patient care better than that, I would rather do without. I’d love to see these three try and make it in an ICU or any hospital setting for that matter. What a joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you are going to take appointments, you should at least make some effort to honor the appointments. I have a 4:40 appointment. There are two other people waiting that had 4:00 and 4:20 appointments. It is now 5:05 and they just called a woman back that told me she had a 5:00 appointment. Everyone is upset. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. You can never reach them by phone for a question. They are always running behind and they seem very disorganized. I’m sure that the staff are trying their best, but it seems like the system needs an adjustment.

This is the second time I have made an appointment at this little clinic. The first time I was finally helped 1 hour after my appointment time. This time I was informed there was only 1 employee working and they “didn’t know” how long it would be so I left. Stay far away unless you have nothing better to do with your entire day
