Absolutely the best Dunkin Donuts in the area!! More specifically, Austin, who gets there around 12, has the best attitude and customer service! Exceptionally nice and courteous! Dunkin’ Donuts is very lucky to have a worker who goes above and beyond his duties! I didn’t hesitate giving a nice tip.

Coffee is always right! So much better than the East Longmeadow location. I drive out of my way to come here instead. Yes it’s connected to the gas station so parking is tricky. But you can park at Big Y grocery store directly behind Dunkin and walk over for a less stressful experience.

No issues with this drive thru than had with certain fast food facilities. Orders were correct and the service fast. The employees at the strive thru window were nice and professional.

The staff is typically prepared for large rush, however before school there will typically be about a 5 minute wait, which is understandable. This time there were about 5 people in front of me and the line was very quick because they take multiple orders before completing them, which makes it much faster. The one issue I had was that they had no napkins, even though it was not a busy time of day.

Excellent service. Good to know there is a Dunkin that can still make a coffee right! Thanks for restoring faith Austin!

Crew is really courteous and friendly. Service is excellent! (Have even had help carrying my purchases out to my car when I was unable to because of an injury. That's above and beyond!) Always remember my order each day.....

This is a place I sometimes take clients for coffee, especially because I can also get gas at the same time and there's some wifi we can tap into when mine dies, and then we can sit in my car or go to the park with our hot drinks. I particularly like the barista who works in the later afternoon because he fills the cup. At the big chain coffee shop across the street the cups often end up only partly full which results in my having to buy the person another drink. At this Dunkin, our cups end up totally full. When my client is happily, quietly sipping, it makes my job a lot easier. Please keep up the good work!

I specifically go to this location in the morning because for some reason the morning crew seems to be the only crew that has never messed up an order and most of the time employee Patti knows what i want and has it ready and waitng soon as she sees me pull up outside

Good convince store. Also, coffee is good. Employees are friendly and helpful. Go there often.

So fast and efficient! Got in and out of there in 2 minutes even with a line of 5 people ahead of me.
