I can’t say enough positive things about the people and the job that they did to install my mini split system for my upstairs.

From the initial estimate, discussion of what they would do, and the office staff, all of the people that came to the house to work on the project it was an outstanding process.

The guys were professional, courteous, extremely neat both in the house and outside where they were working. They cleaned up absolutely everything.

Once they got the system running, they showed me how to operate the system, use the online app to operate the system remotely. And made sure that all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Air Technical Services.

I initially chose them because they helped me two other times in emergency situations. And I did receive two other bids.

We are so very pleased with Air Tech. For years we suffered through incompetent service people from other firms. Then we found Air Tech. Amazing ! Jason serviced our units today and did a fabulous job. For the record Lisa that I dealt with on the phone was phenomenal. She is the best ! I highly recommend Air Tech.

Brian Davis arrived on time and provided excellent service. Solved a dishwasher problem with his plumbing knowledge. We were ready to buy a new dishwasher now we don't need one!

James from Air Technical Services came on the weekend during the recent heat wave and quickly resolved our problem which was a blocked drain line. My usual contractor is NJ Home Services but they failed to resolve the problem in 2 visits. James had a great can-do attitude unlike the NJ Home Services technician who did not like working in a hot attic. I will switch to Air Tech for all future HVAC needs.

ATS replaced our furnace and installed new AC. The original heat was installed many years ago and overall poor quality (uneven heat throughout our condo). They figured out how to fix current issues, performed the job quickly with exceptional quality set up and clean up. My husband used the term “amazing” and I agree with him. Thank you Amazing ATS!

We have been using air technical for 4 years now. Ray and his team are awesome, and his office manager, lisa, is a pleasure to work with. They’ve done many things for us over the years, including hvac work, blowing out sprinkler lines, replacing shower pipes in our outdoor shower, replacing thermostats, etc. so grateful to have a trustworthy company on the island.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I had one issue with my heating system two weeks ago and yet another with my plumbing in the kitchen. First of all dealing with Lisa is a pleasure and as the voice of the company it is so nice to start off the problem that way. Vary responsive and timely. Both services were completed to my satisfaction. I can not say enough about the guys. In a world when sometimes no one bothers to return the call much less show up I truly appreciate their services.

I stopped in the office to talk to Air Technical Services and set up an appointment to service our Air Conditioning at Lorry's Island End Motel, and the nice lady set up a quick appointment. The technician came early and got our AC units up and running again. I thank the technician for prompt and courteous service and he talked to us about some tips to help our AC units run better. Ray and his crews are very easy to work with. They steered us in the right direction on a new ductless system and helped with our other plumping needs. Very good with communication and setting expectation on how long each job will take.

Had Air Tech. at my house on LBI to replace an A/C condenser. Did an absolute fantastic job. John Ahladianakis who did the work, was outstanding. Very professional, but also down to earth. Didn't mind my many questions and was happy to explain everything. Even the owner Ray D. came out to chat with me and make sure I was pleased. John had to come back for an issue out of hours and did so promptly. Will be using Air Tech. in my new house, because they are the best. I have never dealt with a more reliable,friendly and courteous company. And oh yeah, did I mention they had the best price. Hats off to you Air Technical Services!

This is the second time I used this company and I was completely satisfied. They were prompt, located the problem, found the part within a day, and fixed the unit the next day. All at a very competitive price. This is now my go to company.

I have the ductless air conditioning units and have purchased a contract with Air Technical every year for the last 2 yrs. They come in the spring & fall to service these units. The servicemen have always been efficient and keep these units working. Love ATS!
