Dunkin'

We love this place and the location is just perfect; just before saying a final farewell of the day to the historical Saint Augustine, like magic, there is a DD on the same side of the street at an intersection where you have enough time to run in a grab a coffee for the ride home. I don't really plan visits like this, but it does not take much for my wheel to turn right and take me to the parking lot. The staff is always delightful.

I’m a huge Dunkin fan and am often times left disappointed by various locations and employees. This location, however, is exceptional. Evan took my order and was on point - super friendly, didn’t rush my donut selection lol (but instead threw in an assist). Made my day by having such a great attitude, we will be frequenting this location.

Dunkin is Dunkin. You know exactly what you're going to get, what the experience will be like, and roughly how much it will cost. No surprises here. When you're in the mood for it, they will give you exactly what you should expect from them. Their matcha smoothies are 💯💯🔥🔥

It would be great if staff having the frost facing up when putting the donut in the bag! But overall everything was good and friendly staff.

This review is sincerely long overdue. This is hands down one of my favorite Dunkins in the country and I'm very happy to have it in my own backyard. Xander (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is truly a stand out employee at this location. Every time I see him I'm greeted with a smile and I know that my order will be perfect. The management and the rest of the staff at this location truly go above and beyond. Thank you all for taking great care of your regulars!!

I went here after dropping my family off near the fort. There wasn't a parking spot anywhere until here, so I indulged. Friendly, tasty, and quiet. The man working made wonderful recommendations

This team of ladies on this day are awesome. You can tell they enjoy each other and what they do. I watched as they helped each other. Lots of smiles and laughs. Thank you all for all you do. Their smiles made my day!🤗❤

Very pleasant staff and our order was made to perfection! Were the best coffees we had in a long time compared to other branches. The young gentleman was very polite and professional. Nice visit all around!

I come here quite often especially since I work right next-door, I got a Matcha Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte that one of the Dunkinristas helped me put together.. it was definitely delicious added all my favorites into one yaaaas Queen! Also the morning Dunkinristas are wonderful .. I've been to the even Dunkinristos and they were good.

I use my 3 munchkins for free.
The bathroom are clean.
Unsweetened ice tea.

I was gonna send a positive email to dunkin on their website but you have to set up an account to email them about anything.
I dont typically stop for a coffee in the morning but decided to treat myself today. I pulled in and saw how busy their are witb online orders. I became worried it was gonna take forever. I quickly placed my order witht the gal at the register. And watched people blow in and out so fast. Before i knew it (less then 5ish min) i had my latte. The gals there were so busy, friendly and rocked it! Each one knew exactly what the other was doing. It was a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work gals!
Watch out on parking. Its busier than an airport.

Always a good experience at this Dunkin location.

Wow - I loved this Dunkin' near my hotel. The workers were super friendly and efficiently. I popped in here a couple of times. The store was always clean & my iced coffee was delicious !

Staff is wonderful they're fast and efficient gets pretty busy in the morning I highly suggest if available you order ahead
