Customer service was done really well. Had some small talk about sneakers with one of the employees that was really cool to have happen but I will say the attempts to up-sale are a little too obvious lol. I’m assuming they get a commission or have a quota to meet to sell accessories. Nothing wrong with showing/explaining about what other products they have but it came on a little too strong in my opinion. That’s not even necessarily a negative but just something that was made apparent to me. Would happily come back and shop at this location for sure.

The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and eager to assist. Great atmosphere loved the music and shoe selections.

Visited the Palm Springs store to shop for my 14-yr old grandson. The salesman was extremely helpful in locating the Nike Jordan shoes, as well as clothing. They had a wonderful stock of Sports clothing & some baseball equipment. It was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Hibbett.

The sales help I received was so helpful and wonderful. My son got the shoes of his dreams. The sales associate was so professional and helpful, assisting us with maintaining his new shoes. I wish I had gotten her name. I’d hire her away from you!!

This store is very cool and very trendy, many nice new styles which I haven't even seen and the clothes is all very cool. I love the shoes they have and sock designs. Overall great place and experience.

The young lady that was there was very attentive, nice and knowledgeable regarding the shoes that I was looking for. Even though they didn't have any of the shoe sizes I needed I loved the customer service.
