Just nothing good to say, most of the negative reviews are correct , we could have written them. Believe them. Took us longer to pick up uhaul than return than it did to load truck, take to storage unload than return uhaul. There is a reason they need a number for trouble shooting because you have to call it several times. Just a joke.

Dropped off UHAUL trailers. No one was available to help with the drop off. Was unsure of where to leave them or what to do. Was just instructed by the initial location to bring here and leave. Did not give us a sense of security just dropping them off.
