I am extremely pleased with the sales, service, and install of a new heat pump and duct work from Gideon. Chris explained the whole process, gave me options that would work best for my house/budget and kept me informed during the installation. Fabian, Salvadore, Samuel, and Manuel completed the project install quickly and professionally. I felt they took extra care during the demo of the old ductwork and install of new air handler, duct system to ensure that the job was done correctly and efficiently in 2 days ! I highly recommend Gideon.

Gideon is great! We have had A/C issues on and off for the last month, all of their technicians were very kind and professional at each visit. Ryan and Junior were able to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it in a nice and efficient manner!! So thankful for their kind and quick service!

Excellent service today from Daniel. Quick diagnosis and fix with AC out during the hat of summer. Friendly, competent, and excellent explanation of the issue. Office called to let us know the part was under warranty. Also performed some maintenance while here. Very please and would recommend. Gideon installed the system 6 years ago and have been very happy with hear service.

I wanted to let you know of the excellent job that Fabian and Samuel did installing my new air-conditioning unit. they both were very professional and took the time to explain what they would be doing and what it all involved. they made improvements to the original installation, which were quite impressive. After the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through the new system and the installation. Then they did an outstanding job of cleaning up to leave my house in a better condition than when they came.

Excellent response from the team at Gideon today. We are on their maintenance contract and Daniel, our technician was able to repair our clogged HVAC drain and get our system back on track the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Gideon Heating and Air Conditioning was able to fit me into their already very busy holiday schedule. Eric and Sean were amazing as they both worked at repairing our AC and afterwards explained what our problem head been and offered suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Daniel Delatorre was the tech who conducted my HVAC check-up. He was pleasant and polite; He also patiently answered all my questions (even though I probably asked too many). He made some good recommendations that previous techs have not mentioned. I plan to follow up on them since they make good sense. Send him back here any time

I had two incredible technicians, Eric and Nick who worked extremely hard to repair our AC unit.(in the rain) I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
