I did a HELOC with them and every aspect was subpar. They never sent me the hud beforehand so had no idea on how much to bring at closing. When at closing Keith left in the middle of signing documents twice so he could talk to other clients, as if we were not important and they did not get documents to bank in timely manner. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.
