The technician was fantastic. Not a lot of working space in the laundry room, but he diagnosed the problem with our 16 yr old dryer. Removed panels from the front and top of the dryer to remove the broken heating element and replaced it with a new element.
New element and service saved us a lot by not having to buy a new dryer and washer.
Have used Sloan for years and will definitely continue to do so. Many thanks Sloan.

My Whirlpool washer broke, and neither Home Depot nor Whirlpool would stand behind their 1-year warranty. Figures. Sloan was amazing. Nick was so quick to address the issue, order the part, do so at a fair price, and quickly did the repair. Old fashioned honest business. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I asked my neighborhood’s social media group to recommend an appliance repair company. The overwhelming responses were for Sloan Appliance Service so I hired them and am glad that I did!. The technician was very knowledgable and thorough in checking my refrigerator and was able to determine and repair the root cause. I was so impressed with their affordable service that I immediately hired Sloan to replace worn parts on my washer and dryer. Now I too am a neighbor who highly recommends Sloan Appliance Service!

We have been using Sloan for almost 30 years. Their service personnel are very experienced and professional. Have never had a bad experience- honest and fair.

This is my second experience with Sloan Appliance. In each incident the tech was professional and detailed in what was happening with my device and choices I had. I will use Sloan for all my repair of appliance needs.
17 June - I had purchased a new stove and by the second day light indicating a hot range top. I notified the company that manufactured the stove and they sent the job to Sloan. Again the service from Sloan was great 👍

Casey Duncan came out this morning and fixed my Speed Queen washer. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Super nice guy. Thanks to Casey and Sloan I’m back on track with laundry duty!

Having used Sloan Appliance on several occasions. We have faith in their company and in their technicians. Josh helped us today with our ice maker. He was honest and pointed out everything we needed to know and some things we didn't know about our refrigerator. They are A+ rated in my book! If I could I would give Josh a raise!!

Our 10-year old washer wouldn't stop filling, and the wall faucets wouldn't turn fully off: Sloan fortunately was able to send a knowledgeable and helpful technician very quickly, and he was able to locate a replacement intake valve in town, fetch it, and has everything working properly again much much sooner than we had expected. Grateful both to whoever at Sloan dispatched him so quickly and to the technician.

From the initial call for service to the completed repair, very professional. Sloan scheduled the appointment, said tech would call ahead to inform he was enroute and he did and very punctual. Ordered part, scheduled installation, called and asked if they could come 2 days early for installation. Great customer service and Ivan, the tech was very personable and informative. We hope not to need anymore service however Sloan will be our go to.

The team at Sloan appliance went above and beyond for me when I was having issues with LG for over a month. I was very frustrated with LG and Chris professionally handled my stress and went to bat to get the warranty resolved.

Excellent company. The first contact was extremely nice and helpful. They were very prompt with the service call. Our service technician, Mitchell, was very thorough and helped resolve my issue with my washer quickly. I will be calling again with another appliance. I give Sloan Appliance Service a deserving five-star review.

Chad was our technician. He was scheduled to come from 9 to 12 and he was here three minutes early! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our dryer at a decent price! It even dries 40 degrees hotter so it works better than when we bought it. Thanks Chad and we will be using Sloan from now on!

We have relied on Sloan for years for our appliance repair needs. Most recently we scheduled repair for our dishwasher. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Ultimately we decided to go with a new dishwasher based on the needed repair, age of the dishwasher and what would possibly happen next. All this, the technician carefully explained. We will continue to call on Sloan Appliance Repair as needed.

Frank is always prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to use Sloan Appliances service.

We found ourselves with a top of the line, Kitchenaid refrigerator, that was less than 5 years & in need of repair. Our 1st visit was quickly & easily scheduled. Frank came to our home, inspected our frig. & ordered parts. He was very professional, knowledgeable, & honest. He let us know that the ordered parts were needed to completely diagnose our frig. & there was a possibility that additional parts would be needed to completely fix our frig. Frank returned when the parts arrived & installed them. At which time he found that a computerized part, costing about $1000.00 was bad also, & would need to be replaced to completely fix the issue. Frank was VERY kind & professional. He pronounced our frig. deceased at our request, as it made no sense to invest almost half of the purchase price into a poor product from the beginning. The final visit cost us nothing even though he installed parts & left them installed.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this business as Frank was TRUELY HONEST & PROFESSIONAL.

The Tech was very professional. Cleaned the work area as he went. Knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix right away.

I want to say that Casey D is one of the nicest people and a true representative of Sloan Appliance Service. He showed such patience when dealing with a Samsung refrigerator problem and the Samsung tech support personnel. Additionally, he kept the good will of his client and calmed us in this time of frustration.
