Product selection is terrific. The toilet we purchased by American Standard works flawlessly. Customer Service at Noland is very good, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will do as we did with the last 2 toilet purchases, order the toilet and have our plumber pick it up from Noland for transport and installation.

I was in this place today and met with Rick. What a great guy. He sold me apart then realized the part wouldn't work for me and gladly took it back. He pointed me in the right direction and now I have a functional kitchen again. Thank you Rick. I will definitely consider Noland for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I decided to take on doing a bathroom over in my house. I walked into Noland in Frederick and was greeted by Debra, she was very helpful and because of her hard work i was able to get my bathroom completed. She kept me updated thru out the process. I would highly recommend when you get to Nolands to ask for Debra.

Called around to several companies before speaking to Noland. They were the only company willing to deal with a regular homeowner (with no plumbing license). The warehouse is well stocked, the prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Noland should be your first call.

Leslie was a pleasure to work with. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and did her best to work with the supply chain delays.

Found what I needed, easy to deal with. Nice selection of fixtures. Had to order and wait my style but some stuff is in stock! But it was awesome to talk to someone who was well informed and really helpful!! Not like a Home Depot trip where you got to pray and hope you run into someone with some knowledge!!

These guys are slackers... I guess they did the best they could to unload my trailer.. And the fact that the boxes didnt come on pallets slowed the process, but even so ... If that was the fastest they could move, all three guys need to be fired 😫🙅😕😬

on two occasions, called and hit all options and and received no answer. called back and after several rings received an answer to my question. Lady on the phone very curt. Website says you close at 5...she says 4:30.
Just did not feel "welcome" to purchase. Will try another company.
