Jose V & Jose were so helpful! They answered all our questions in a timely manner, didn’t pressure us at all, and stayed 30 minutes late to ensure all our pictures were transferred from our old phones. Such a great experience!

We are a senior citizen, technology-challenged couple who were struggling to establish wifi internet in our new home in Papillion, NE. Thank goodness we stumbled onto Deanna Hart, a Senior Mobile Expert, at the T-Mobile store in Shadow Lake Towne Center. She very patiently and efficiently walked us through the process and got our phones, televisions, laptops and tablet all connected. As long time T-Mobile/Sprint customers this is a very cost effective option for wifi internet. T-Mobile is extremely fortunate to have an employee with her combination of skills and personality. Thank you Deanna and T-Mobile.

Josh and Jose were great. We had issues getting our old Sprint service updated to T-Mobile. They were able to get it done for us. They took the time needed to understand what we needed and talk with their techs to complete the switch. We'll be going back soon to get new phones!

I recently visited T Mobile, Shadow Lake, to switch my phone info from my current phone to a new phone I brought into the store. I was greeted and assisted by Deanna Hart. Deanna was professional and and gave me her undivided attention with my request, even though I was not spending money in the store or upgrading. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Thank you Deanna for your excellence in service.

Lydia provided phenomenal customer service. She helped me solve a legitimate issue that I have tried to resolve previously, with no luck, at a different store and via a customer service phone call. She is a straight shooter, VERY knowledgeable and gets stuff done for her customer! By far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with my phone. I appreciate everything she did to make sure I was taken care of.

My husband upgraded phones and it was so easy! Lydia and my husband joked the entire time and it seemed like the transfer was over in no time. She was very patient and helpful, my husband is far from tech savvy. We also visited not long before this visit because our son’s phone was not charging. We were in and out with a working charging port within minutes. Two thumbs up to the staff!

My phone was very old and holding on by a thread. I was very overwhelmed about heading in to T-Mobile and felt very anxious about the experience of finding a new phone and getting everything transferred over. I walked in and immediately met Lydia. What a ray of sunshine and a wealth of knowledge she is. She instantly made me feel comfortable. She made the process easy and flawless. She assured me that she could make everything happen. I felt so taken care of, my needs instantly met and was very impressed with her quality of service. No only was she outstanding at her work but we became instant friends. The transfer of phones was streamlined, I walked out of the store with everything I needed/wanted and more AND I was able to pick up my son in time from football practice. Thank you Lydia and fabulous women boss babes at T-Mobile in Papillion/Shadow Lake. You've got 10 Stars from me! Keep rockin'!!!

Huge shoutout to the team at T-Mobile Towne Center! I came in to get the new iphone 15 pro and Stephanie was the best example of what customer service should be in 2023.

She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience getting my new iphone was painless. She worked with me to ensure I got the color and storage I needed. I will gladly go back to this location specifically just to deal with Stephanie and the team at this location!

My Sufficient other & I have had T. Mobile for over 2 hrs now....(b 4 that we had different places) & we found that T Mobile DOES have great coverage, good prices in the different plans. T. Mobile IS A GOOD Choice.

Lydia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! I came in on a Sunday and they were packed . She told me to take her card and number and text her and she would set up a time for me to come back . I promised my daughter a phone for her birthday and she made it happen without ANY ISSUES ! Lydia’s customer service is something that is hard to come by these days ! I haven’t had any issues with my phone and my kids are happy too ! Lydia is one of a kind !

Walked into T-mobile to switch from US Cellular… we met Lydia. Lydia is the most Amazing Honest person..explained all plans and options. Lydia helps us with any issues we encounter… she says if we EVER have any problems text her! She helps us eveytime no questions asked! I will send anyone I know looking for a new phone carrier to her!

I’m going to start by saying that I am a Verizon customer and have been for at least the last 20 years.

I recently cracked my screen protector. And in need of a new one. I went to a Verizon store on Sunday and they were closed which is not a big deal. I figured I would come again on Monday. Got to the store at 5:03 and the store was closed. I understand closing and minimizing staff because of the virus, but how can a person that has to work a normal 8-5 job get to a retail store if they are closed during the hours a working person might need help?

Anyway I figured all phones are the same no matter the company that provides the service. I went to the sprint store a couple stores down. The sales consultant Josh Bolton was at the door to greet me, asked how he could help and got a protective screen cover for me ASAP. Not only that but he put it on my phone for me. That wasn’t even done by Verizon when I bought the phone or when I came back for a replacement cover.

Throughout our transaction Josh was very professional. We were making conversation and he made me feel like I was the only one there, I was not.

After the interaction, and Verizon’s lack of understanding that we are not all furloughed, or unemployed, or work hours that would allow us to shop before 5, I am seriously considering changing providers. But I am going to do some research on the plans offered, but that doesn’t mean I can’t buy my accessories from sprint!

Came in to upgrade my 11 pro max and Chase was great! You could tell he was stressed due to understaffing, and some customers weren’t helping his case. People just need to be a little more patient. Thanks Chase!
