Owner is so helpful! Was able to repair my Italian leather purse. Reasonable price!

Brought my favorite boots (10 years old) in and got new soles, heels and a polish for less than 1/3 of the price of new ones and they look fantastic. Have had other shoes re-heeled and repaired here. Always very satisfied.

Found JTs based on Google reviews, walked in with my fiance without calling ahead. Was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly! Showed him my leather coach purse that needed a small repair. The magnetic snap closure came out of the stitching. I was fully prepared to drop off my purse and leave it for a few days. The owner said " no problem, I can get this fixed right up in no time. It will only take a few minutes right here on this machine. You can watch as I do the repair." I was so happy with how quick and efficient he was and the excellent quality of his work! He replaced the simple cotton thread with nylon thread and reassured me I will never have an issue with that again! Will definitely go back! High quality work for a very affordable price!

Amazing service, high quality work and extremely affordable!! I called JT Shoe Repair and explained I needed a pair of high heels fixed for a family funeral. JT told me to come in that same day. He fixed my heels on the spot!! The owner was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Did a fabulous job replacing a zipper on my leather boots after my dog chewed through it. Even went above and beyond, fixing up the other little punctures from puppy teeth, for no extra charge!

Also gave me some great advice/recommendations about a couple other items I was looking to have repaired. Honest & trustworthy, clearly has his customer's best interests in mind!!

I found JT's online when searching for a place to repair the heel on my favorite boots. JT greeted me right away, I showed him my boot, he told me the cost, and said he would be able to have it fixed in four days. He also took a look at my friend's shoe and told her the price to repair her heel, but that he wouldn't recommend fixing it as other parts of the shoe was damaged beyond repair.

The price was reasonable and he did an excellent job repairing the heel while keeping the integrity of the boot. If you have a favorite pair of shoes that need some TLC, I'd highly recommend coming here

When I first went here it was because my heal broke on my favorite shoes. Not only was he very respectful, he fixed my shoes quickly & affordably. I now take all my shoes & purses here to be repaired. Its always excellent quality work & I recommend him any chance I get. Go here for your repair needs I promise you won't regret it 😊

JT was referred to me by my sister-in-law and I haven't been disappointed. JT has creatively resolved issues with my purse straps when I originally went in just to have my heels fixed. I had no idea that he could assist with other items such as purses/zippers and things that are not shoe repair related. Pleasant and social owner who takes time into finding the most affordable option, even if it has to be a temporary bandaid

I have brought shoes here many times over the years. Recently had a great experience when we had a dog leash that needed repair. The first fix missed a complicated re-threading of a buckle and without argument, they re-worked the project and we were happy!

Jt gave great customer service. He shortened the length of the strap on my fiancé's purse and was able to put a new zipper on my jacket without breaking my budget. Will be a repeat customer!

I would highly recommend going to JT Shoe Repair! The zipper on my favorite pair of shoes broke and I brought it into JT’s and he repaired it right on the spot for me and was so kind! My zipper is now good as new!

He was able to fix my boots with new heels in about four days. I've never been to a cobbler before, but I was happy and the boots are better than new.
