Ms Vita and the Public Storage Kiosk staff have been nothing but helpful and efficient. Had underestimated my storage needs and the team was so kind and quick to help me transfer to a larger unit. Ms. Vita specifically had helped me get a new access code when my old one was deactivated (wasnt notified so maybe the computer system could use a once over there)

Overall fabulous service and staff.

Moving experience was very good! S main st location is very clean and easily accessible to storage unit. Vita, the on location manager, gave me great customer service! Definitely recommend, lowest prices!

For the alpharetta location... I've been working with Robert at your store for years now. Having multiple units in GA and FL, Robert is truly so diligent and friendly and accommodating. Very professional which makes it even better for those tough to have conversations or payment snafus. I never write reviews but he's great and takes his job seriously. Makes me and My choice to use public storage feel safe and secure. Great hire. Give this man a raise!

They provide the best customer service. Kay, Marge and Robert are the superstars. They deserve more than 5 stars.These days customer service is lost in some industries but these folks really know how to provide the top customer service experience.
Kay is new but this lovely lady handled my difficult situation in such a fast and professional manner that I was impressed. She is always super sweet and kind, no matter the situation.
Marge is the absolute sweetheart . Two weeks ago I arrived there couple of minutes early before office was opened in desperate need of medium size boxes. She did not want me to wait and let me in to get the boxes.
I will be forever grateful to you Marge.
Robert is a true gentleman. He always offers additional help especially carrying my heavy boxes to the car.

I’m so grateful for all the help we received from property managing team Robert, Marge and Donna at SOuth Main St Alpharetta Public Storage. We had an issue with our unit and they helped us resolve the problem fully. Thank you for this. We are long term renters and now we know we can leave our precious belongings and head to Europe for next two years and everything is safe and secure.

HIGH FIVE STARS!!! Our experience at Public Storage 25901 was pleasant and transactions were handled with ease. Marge and Robert are always friendly and very helpful. We love that it’s climate controlled, always clean and secured. Would recommend a friend or family member.

Moving is always a hassle but Robert made it very easy upon arrival from choosing my storage size to extra items I needed. He was very friendly and had paperwork ready as easy as a 1,2,3 process! Very clean facility and I’m glad I choose to store my things here! Definitely would recommend, thanks Robert !

Robert was very helpful and friendly. I made a mistake with my online reservation, and he helped me with correcting it and finding the best unit! The process was quick, the unit was clean, and I was able to move my things right in. The dollies were a huge help also. Great experience!

This was a convenient location for me. I didn't have a lot of things so I only need a small storage unit temporarily to store my personal items and this was perfect . This is a really nice facility that is all climate controlled and has a good variety of units. The property manager, Robert, does a great job patrolling the facility and looking out for the units. He contacted me a couple of times when I didn’t lock my unit properly. I highly recommend this facility.

Robert does a great job. Always helpful and responds well to all inquiries. Always greets with a smile and genuinely cares about customers. Have been a satisfied customer for 10 years.

Can't say enough about the STELLAR level of customer service at this location! Robert (manager) clearly loves what he does, is very nice and loves serving the customers. They're very good with follow up and great at making you, the customer, feel an important part of their operation. I've found that a lot of folks who work in serving the public do NOT make the effort to make the customer feel important, rather they make them feel as if they're a bother...which begs the question: "Why do you work in customer service if you're not interested in serving the customer?????
Such is NOT THE CASE HERE! Love this place!
