Extra Space Storage

I was pleasantly surprised about everything in this place.
The facilites made me ask... Is this a new place? I was told it is actually one of their oldest. It's so clean, it's very well maintained too.
The staff: Tasha is such a wonderful person and ran us through everything we needed to know and let me reiterate how polite she is.
The actual storage space... Wow, we were thinking about a 5X5 and considered a bigger unit but I was wowed on how big the actual storage unit is!
The price was great for their introductory fee and still not bad after their 4-month period.
Thank goodness for this place!

Extra space Storage on N Main St in Alpharetta is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a really hot day and we were putting things in storage and Ms. Latasha McIver came to check on us let us know we could visit the office and get water. That was very kind. Every time she is very sweet & helpful. We really appreciate great customer service.

This storage facility was excellent in every way from beginning to end. Tasha, the manager, was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind upon meeting me.
She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and in good order. She is a total professional at making sure all of her customer's needs are met.
I give Tasha and Extra Space Storage nithing but the highest marks in the way they handle business and customer care.🌞🌻

Nathan at the N Main St. location is amazing!! Went out of his way to show me ALL the units available in my price range. Have an existing unit rented but wanted to go up a size. Easy access in and out of property. Great location!

I thought the experience of renting a location at Extra Space storage was extremely smooth. The staff knew their craft and was very professional.
The price that was quoted for me was ‘ locked in’ for a week and for that I am very appreciative.

My 1st visit to E.S.S. was on 02/01/24. Upon my departure, I couldn't help but notice just how extremely well kept the property is each and everytime I stoped by. As I was driving out, I couldn't help but notice a young lady outside with a broom in her hand going to town. I was so impressed, I felt compelled to stop and take a moment to say how impressively spotless the property always is.

I thanked her for her time & said that her leadership team would impressed.

The manager on duty Tasha was super helpful and walked me through the entire process. Her quick knowledge saved me a lot of time and frustration. Will always go here for my storage needs thanks to her!

The property manager, Latasha was exemplary. I have nothing but praise to offer this location. It was spotlessly clean and very well ran !

I have to be honest, I never used the space for storage because within a month of my move I had to relocate twice and had support from the team here, they are unbelievable. So there you go, weather you are moving or not they have your unit ready and if you have changed your mind they are there to support you!
