The guy working the line at noon today was so polite and made me the perfect burrito. Food was hot and fresh. Store was clean.

OMG!!! I love chipotle. But, had the most horrible embarrassing experience at East Liverpool a few months ago. So, I drove 40 min to Canfield location! Absolutely the best experience ever. The staff was extremely nice customer service was a top notch and the staff was moving like they were making a commercial.. absolutely hats off to the manager and team at this chipotle. I was in on this past Friday at lunchtime!! My new chipotle!!! Thank you!!!

Fresh, quick and simple. I love the online ordering and drive thru pick up! Less people I have to deal with. 🙌🏻

Gregory from the Canfield store was an ABSOLUTE lifesaver . I was frantic when I received my catering order for 15 people from Chipotle. One tiny container of chicken for 15ppl!! I was absolutely embarrassed. Because of the way chipotle catering is set up , it left him with very few solutions.. he was patient & understanding and helped me come up with a solution. I am forever in his debt .. do BETTER CHIPOTLE!! Your catering is ridiculous

I just want to start out by saying the food was excellent and fresh! The crew tonight worked together as a team to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. And of course every employee was so sweet from the time I started my order until I left with my food. Amazing job Canfield chipotle! I will ALWAYS be back!

I recently ordered a burrito a few days ago for pickup. When I went in to get my food it was a few minutes late because someone was screaming at the employees and being very mean. It’s FOOD for gods sake...shame on that person.
I saw that you were very busy and doing your best. Everyone working there is always friendly and the food is great. Just know that there are many happy satisfied customers that do appreciate you. I will be back soon for another delicious burrito!

The food here is Awesome!! This particular location at the time of my visit was serving online orders only, was skeptical about the ordering process, decided to give it a go, the mobile ordering menu was very user friendly, only taking 5 minutes to submit.
Meal was prepared & ready to carry out within 15 minutes, that's excellent considering at times the line to order is commonly very long...

Your typical great Chipotle food and service. Highly recommend.

I live about the same distance from two separate Chipotle locations. This particular location is always my first choice as I feel the food is fresher, the customer service is friendlier oh, the employees are more receptive, need I continue? The Canfield location is absolutely the best one in the area.

Everytime I have gone here I have never had an issue, in fact the staff here is the most friendly and make the best food (IMHO). I saw the review previous to mine and I don't believe that if you go somewhere numerous times and have 1 bad experience with 1 employee that you are justified to leave a 1 star review for the business. That's just me though.

I can't ever knock the flavor at chipotle & it's consistency, but it's becoming a pattern of small portions and cold meat, especially if you don't get rice. Please, please, please it really does matter.

The Canfield location is amazing. The staff is outstanding! The restaurant is spotless. I wish Chipotle had a location near 44432/43920! It's a 60 minute round trip drive for me but worth it!

A nice location staffed with plenty of people. The line always moves quick. They always help the swim team with a fundraiser so that's nice also.

My husband and I are addicted to chipotle. We eat it 2-3 times a week and even have to stop when we are away, but this is by far our favorite location... the food is always excellent and the employees are awesome!!!

There's a guy that works there. Think his name is Christopher. One of the nicest guys I've ever met. Great customer service. Probably should get a raise.

This has to be one of the fastest Chipotle's in the area! We watched them feed a college soccer team while we ate our lunch in like 10 minutes!

Another one of my go to. The online ordering option and pick up is very good but every once in a while and I love to talk with the folks behind the counter so I just wait in line. Social distancing thumbs up.
