Mellisa is awesome and the team was too! Mellisa took our order and enthusiastically repeated it back to us, getting every item we asked for! We had asked for quite a bit of substitutions, additions, and removals on our food and they got it all right. The food was great; good portions, soft tortillas, and they remembered the hot sauce packets. However, Mellisa and the other workers taking pride in their work will be reason we come back.

Great tacos, I recommend their cantina hard tacos👍

Order take out order #22 8:41 p.m got home ! And found we were shorted good a black and bean crunch wrap ,a 5 layer vegan burrito and an order of cheese fries ! Tried to call them for like 20 minutes no answer! Not cool happy holidays

Great, clean, taco bell. Food was fresh and properly made. Very friendly staff also!

So I had a special order and it was excellent and appreciated they made two without cheese as a member is not able to eat.

I received order from Door Dash at 1:30am This location closes at 12:30am but Ashley on drive thru was absolutely AMAZING at helping fix Door Dash app after sending me there after hours. She was so nice I came back the next night to thank her again and order some burrito. Oh my goodness they were absolutely delicious ❤🥰 Thank you for being absolutely AMAZING Ashley. Please don't ever change 🥰

Mary was awesome. And her Team just as much. I don’t frequent this location, but every time I do they are executing at a high level. I’m in retail. I want nothing to do with food. I had some sort of interaction with three colleagues total. They were all on the top of their game and made what they are doing look effortless while providing great customer service. Thank you and great work!

I adore taco bell it's my favorite eatery. I was so excited to find out they make a vegetarian menu as I recently became Pescaterian and only eat seafood as meat now so the fact I can still have my favorite foods at taco bell and not have meat in it is fantastic.

The BEST taco bell, I will drive way out of my way to make sure I go to this one. The entire staff does a terrific job no matter how busy they are. The food is ALWAYS terrific and no other taco bell I have been to is as good as this one.

It's taco bell don't expect a 3 Michelin star experience. However the food was good quality for taco bell and freshly made. I had the crispy chicken taco and it was clearly fresh out the frier, and the vegitables where fresh

The girl in the drive-thru was awesome! She was friendly, she was helpful, she made suggestions, and she got our order perfect. Also major kudos and shout out to the crew, I hate lettuce with a passion and what I ordered, I ordered without it and there was none, no stragglers, no pieces, it was awesome, the food quality was better than I've had in a long time, our food was hot, the portion sizes and food looked like it did in the pictures on the menu, and it was fast. I definitely recommend this Taco Bell location.

By the way out of my way to go to this Taco Bell and another one they own in Struthers.

This Taco Bell has been consistently good. I personally have not had any issues with food quality or quality of service when visiting this store specifically. I am grateful that the employees here take a little more care and put a little more effort into their jobs as compared to other locations in the area.

I bought a $2 cheesy beef burrito with no chips or sour cream with fire sauce. How can you possibly go wrong for $2? You can't. Give it a try. I also hear the Mexican Pizza will be back in November. That would be nice.

Especially amazing daytime staff. So warm, friendly, and kind. They’ll remember you every time you visit and will even remember the specifics of your order when they hear you ordering. Incredible customer service with even more amazing people!

I had remembered that two months ago, I went to the Boardman-Poland location and their freeze machine was down so I went to this location. Completely thought that the voice in the drive thru was automated because it was so professional and done to a T that you couldn’t even tell. I went up to the window and this woman named Taylor was the one that was at the drive thru window and I was beyond impressed. Straws given to me folded into the bag and I just had the best two pineapple freezes in my entire life. This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area now.

Kiosk ordering available along with a real person. The cashier was very personable and the food was hot, and well made. The employees kept the dining room clean, and greeted the customers and even offered to take the used trays. Very nice visit

As of this posting.. THANK YOU for whoever runs this particular Taco Bell for having normal Hours of Operation.. Some people actually get out of work at 8p, 9p, 10p or 11p & need somewhere to get some food.. Nowadays other establishments are closing as early as 7p, but most are definitely not open at 11p or 12a.. Besides the hours of operation, this Taco Bell's food quality is a little bit better than a lot of Taco Bell's I've been to.. So once again Thank You!!!

I was attending a Seminar and needed a quick lunch. Stopped in and got my food quickly. The service was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I don't eat fast food often, but this was really good!
