Electronic Express

Went today to pick up a AC/Heater placed the order on line after calling and ensuring they had it in stock. The guy on the phone was very professional and helpful. Went today and picked it up there was sale on the item. They showed us how to cancel the online order and got us $150 off it!!!! We pulled our truck around and then they loaded it up for us. This being 150ibs I was extremely grateful. It was so nice to actually experience customer experience again. I really thought it was gone but they went above and beyond.

We went to Electronic Express in Jones Valley in Huntsville, Alabama to purchase a white range to install in a rental unit we owned. The representative that helped us with our selection was willing to show us what they had in stock on the computer. We purchased the range after seeing it on the floor. The store has a great selection of electronics. They will gladly order what a customer needs if it is not in stock.

Would highly recommend! We went to the Jones Valley location. The representative we worked with was Luke who was incredible but I had a great experience with every one in the store. Huge selection in store along with good options for shipping from other locations. They gave us plenty of room to think over our purchase and gave us every option possible along with a better deal than we could have got anywhere! Plus the financing option was too good to pass up! We are in the middle of renovating so they are holding our appliances until we are prepared to install.

Was skeptical of Electronic Express for some reason but after doing some research I decided to go in and check them out! Damen greeted me promptly and answered all my question and concerns professionally! I am completely happy with my purchase and will not be driving across town to that blue store any more! A+

I called Electronic Express in Huntsville,AL on Carl T Jones Dr yesterday (6/10) and spoke with a young man by the name of Luke. I had many questions regarding my interest in a washer/dryer set. He answered every question with politeness and knowledge and we set a time that was good for me to come in and take a look at a set. I went in yesterday afternoon and in a very short time I was able to choose a set that meets my need and I think I will be very happy with. Luke was wonderful in the way he took care of me during the whole transaction. I feel like I was treated as a valued person….not just another $$$ transaction. I highly recommend Electronic Express and their staff!

I’ve been on the hunt for a new tablet for a while now, comparing prices on everything from eReaders to full tablets. Chelsie, one of the store employees, was incredibly helpful throughout my search. She went above and beyond by checking online prices to make sure I was getting the best deal. Thanks to her, I finally found the perfect tablet!

Excellent service; Luke is knowledgeable, friendly, and was very helpful, as was the man who tried looking up noise levels --- I'm sorry I forgot his name. I'm looking forward to having a working refrigerator again! We're not going to have to DIY ice anymore! We'll be able to freeze things again! It's almost like modern times.

We have been long-time customers (30+ years) at Bob Wallace Appliance in Huntsville. After less-than-friendly service in their sales department and low inventory, I went to several other appliance stores to find a replacement for our broken washing machine. I went to Electronic Express based on a recommendation from a friend. What a pleasant shopping experience! Not only did the salesperson know about the options, but it was also easy to see what was in stock and available for quick delivery. The sales prices on a washer/dryer set were lower than any other store in town. Delivery technicians were on time and installed professionally. I am very pleased with our purchase and will definitely recommend Electronic Express.

I am electronically illiterate. My smart tv remote wasn't working and I went into the store and Blaize helped me and immediately knew what the problem was. The infrared on my tv remote went bad. I left with a new remote and 15 minutes later I was watching my tv. Excellent job Blaize! Happy customer and am heading back to store today to purchase a washer and dryer. Great store and excellent employee service!

I was not even aware that Electronic Express carried the brand we were looking for, but was pleasantly surprised when I not only looked on their site and saw the brand we wanted, but they actually had it in stock.

Their appliance specialist answered all out questions, helped us decide what we wanted, and made the ordering process super smooth and simple.

We decided to pick our appliances up, and that process was very simple. Two of their employees helped me load them onto my truck, and we were set.

When we got home, we discovered a dent in our washing machine. I took a picture, and took it by the store the next day. The store manager, Priestley Thomas, did a tremendous job of helping me figure out what to do and took care of the situation.

This was a great experience and we love our new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer! We definitely recommend shopping at Electronic Express.

Called two hours before I made it to the store and spoke with Luke he said to ask for him when we got there he greeted us at the door. He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate

2nd time buying a item needed for my cellphone that Walmart or Target dies not have. I forgot the sales person's name that helped. The same one who helped me before, totally professional with a great knowledge of what will work.

Wonderful staff I love going to this store I refuse to buy any of my electronics from anywhere else I bought a Party box 1,000 JBL and it’s exactly what they told me it was from the moment you walk into this store they make you feel like your shopping with your best friend great prices, great staff, and the managers are extremely helpful you won’t be disappointed going here.
