AT&T Store

I was greeted by and taken through the process of getting a new phone. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the recommendation that she made. My sales lady was on the ball. She knew I was having a hard time with the decision, and she was very patient with us. She really cares about her store and her customers.

In the past the idea of going to a phone company seemed like a nightmare, ATT has definitely changed my perspective on that. This week I received top tier customer service without being rushed or made to feel incompetent. I strongly recommend ATT in Boiling Springs!

Regan was very kind and very fast at helping us. I appreciate it. She was so sweet and really nice. I left out of there happy and grateful for her kindness.

Came into the store needing to upgrade my phone. My mom needed to upgrade her phone due to broken screen. Fletch and Lillian along with the others on the team were all helpful and friendly. Helped us get new phones set up and accessories on. Would absolutely come back for my phone needs.

I went into this AT&T Store in Boiling Springs, SC late in the day and the store was pretty busy. I was upgrading my daughter's and my phones. We knew what we wanted & they had it in stock, which made me so happy because my old phone was at death's door with a couple of thousand viruses and basically I was dead in the water because I do everything online. I was dreading going into the store because it always took so long to do anything. David greeted us as we came in and I told him how bad my phone was but he assured me he was going to handle my problem. I let him know that we were both ready for upgrades and we both wanted the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
This is the most AWESOME PHONE EVER, BTW!!! He switched my daughter's phone and all of her info in what seemed like seconds , then he started on mine. He was as frustrated as I had been all week but he got the info I needed to transfer onto the new phone without all of the nonsense. He was fast, and efficient and knew what he was doing and really friendly in the process without making me feel like it was something that I had done to cause this craziness with my phone. And all of this was done in less than an hour! This store used to be closest to my home but I moved 2 years ago. I will continue to drive the extra miles and come in to the store as long as I can receive the customer service that I did from David in Boiling Springs, SC.

Reagan the best person here at AT&T in Boiling Springs!! Helped me with the problems that were thought to solve!!! Really appreciate her!!! I recommend this store!!!!

We got to the place and immediately an employee came to help, he looked at the phone and provided a replacement SIM card quickly and free.

I've never had better cellular service anywhere than I've had with AT&T. When I had an issue of my own making they were quick to handle it, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Their reps are knowledgeable
No issues with service areas or dropped calls. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Received excellent customer service and assistance with our issues and questions from Reagan and Fletcher at the Boiling Springs store. Fletcher explained all of our options to us and we ended up saving over $100 a month by switching to direct tv. Very happy with the service we received and will continue to be an AT&T customer.

Reagan was very helpful in getting my replacement phone ordered. She was super patient and informative considering I had to get my account information for her to help her solve the issue. The next day when my phone arrived I couldn't get it setup so I went back and the gentleman whose name I did not catch got me setup and even installed my screen and camera protectors for me!

Brian did a great job of giving me a tutorial on my iPhone this afternoon!
He met me at the door with a friendly greeting, sat down with me to hear that I needed to access the internet, did that for me, then helped me try it for myself two or three times.
It was a great experience with a patient, knowledgeable guy.

It’s people like Brian, Fletch, and Alex that have kept me with ATT ever since we moved here, and I’m not switching away from them.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years and recently had the pleasure of working with Fletch. He is incredible. We had several issues that seemed to fall between layers of cracks of AT&T Customer Service that we thought would never get resolved. With two separate visits and several hours of hardened experienced customer service calls, Fletch was able to get our issues resolved. He has earned customers for life as all of my telecommunications needs will now go through him and his staff. Fletch, thank you over and over for your fantastic customer service and determination to get the best results for your customers. You are the man!

Recently had a not so pleasant experience with the chat portion on the AT&T app resulting in a wrong phone line getting deactivated. I decided to go to the store to get the problem cleared up. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by everyone. Gabrielle was great and handled the problem easily! I had the correct phone line deactivated and the other one reactivated in no time! Gabrielle also made sure there were no changes in the billing cycle, installment plans, and discounts! I’ll definitely go to the store from now on!

Great experience with the Boiling Springs AT&T staff starting with Fletch. He took extra time to ensure phone coverage for our area (never had anyone go out of their way to help like that) and ensured we were taken care of throughout the process. Erica spent more than two hours ensuring our new phones were set up properly, had all of the data transferred over, and tested everything before we left the store. Mercedes helped us with a couple of technical items trying to get internet established at our house.. Everyone had great attitudes, were very friendly, and professional. My wife and I are very impressed with the Boiling Springs team.

I met with Mercedes last week to upgrade my phone and pass my old phone to my mother. She was professional, kind and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her.

This store is absolutely awesome! My parents have been with AT&T since 1999 and I have been with them for about 8 years now and we love them! The guy Fletch who is the manger is always so nice and helpful! We have been dealing with him for a few years and he is wonderful! Thank y'all for everything you do!
