These people are awesome! Helpful knowledgeable and friendly. We worked with Kodie and he’s super great! We added a line and a phone. He helped change phone service from ATT to my account. All around nice guy and so helpful and patient.

My husband and I switched to T-Mobile from another carrier and I wanted to keep my phone number.
This caused some problems as I didn't know the Pin required for this. Cynthia and Kodie were so kind, patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I could keep my number.
They also set up my new phone and transferred all my data, so it was ready to use when I left the store. It was a great experience and I´m really grateful for their help and patience!! I highly recommend this store in Boiling Springs! Again, thank you so very much, Cynthia and Kodie!!

Mikayla helped me get the best deal at this location. My experience here was as positive as it can get. The store itself was clean and organized. Everyone was very welcoming.

This is such a well run store. All four team members were attentive, skilled, patient and knowledgeable. Assistant managers Javon and Danii were completely in sync with their staff and Mikayla and Cynthia were skilled in every aspect of customer care. They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. My husband and I were due phone upgrades and had been putting it off, we just hate the hassle. Luckily we went in on a day Terry was there. If you look up the definition of customer service, you will see a picture of Terry. Not only did he go above and beyond to help, his personality is the best. A few days later my husband was having issues signing in to one of his Apps. We stopped by, hoping Terry was there, he was and he gladly helped with the issue. Again, customer service awesome. I decided to wait on my upgrade, but then changed my mind and upgraded through my online account. My phone came, along with the return box and information. Once I switched over to the new phone, it only worked a couple of times and would give me error messages. Frustrated we stopped by the store again, and hoping Terry was there. I told him the issue I was having, he knew what to do, switched out my sim card and i haven't had any more problems. He even offered to send back the old phone. I'm sure the other employees also know their jobs and are helpful and friendly. But, there is definitely something special about Terry. With his knowledge, personality and people skills, he is definitely the person you want to help you when going here.

Shawn was awesome! I went with major phone issues. Unwanted automatic adds and websites randomly popping up, along with Google issues. After about 15 minutes of good conversation, while Shawn was doing his thing, issue was resolved. Thanknyou Shawn 😃

Shawn and Terry were awesome going above and beyond helping to fix an issue with switching my phone over from Sprint. They also did a great job helping all the customers in store at the time quickly and efficiently and were polite and courteous to everyone.

Great store and even more amazing employees! I went in only to buy accessories a few weeks ago and ended up switching over from Verizon to sprint entirely! Every employee in the store and even the manager worked together to get me the best plan possible for me and my entire family, 5 lines for so much cheaper! Extremely professional and knowledgeable can tell they were very well trained. By far the best experience I have had when it comes to phones. If you want great costumer service and be treated as if you are apart of part of a great big family then this store is the place to go.

I have been having problems with my iphone11 for 3+ weeks since I did the IOS 15.5 update. Customer service at T-mobile and Apple were absolutely no help to me at all. They kept telling me I needed to upgrade my phone blah blah. So I decided to stop in the store. Both Terry and Shaun were VERY helpful that day. That evening my phone was doing the exact same thing as before NOTHING.. No internet, no text and phone calls were dropping. Terry went above and beyond. He fixed my phone in a few hours and saved me a trip to Greenville! Between Shaun and Terry they are the only reasons I will continue my service with T-mobile. Thank you both for being professional and keeping your promise and doing what you say you will. If you are experiencing problems with your phone, service or just ready for an upgrade I would definitely recommend you stop in and see either Terry or Shaun.
