I have been running an online retail business for many years, and have as such experienced the services of many post offices throughout the country. The staff at this particular USPS location gives by far the best service I have ever encountered. Always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating - I am very impressed with the team working here. I want to extend a huge thank you for the quick and thorough service to everyone working at this location, it is invaluable.

First of all I'm kind of Blown Away how people can give the post office a bad review, do you want to try their jobs!! people don't always give forwarding addresses they're supposed to guess where you have moved to... The carrier's try very hard, I've never met a bad carrier yet ,I deal with lots of them. They are all very nice and friendly. But I know people don't give the right address when they're moving, people don't forward there mail. If you think you could do a better job there always accepting applications.
I have fantastic carriers and I'm happy to have all of them deliver my mail. Keep up the good work.

I don't usually write reviews, but this post office was awesome! I sell stuff online and if it does not show delivered - because driver forgot to scan at delivery - I lose money because I have to give refunds. I have had this happen SEVERAL times and have called SEVERAL post offices all over the US. I have NEVER had it resolved until now. I called Donna at this post office this morning and by this afternoon it was resolved!! I am very grateful for her help and super quick resolution for me! Thank you Donna! Excellent!!! :)

Unlike most of the reviewers here, I actually run a few companies. And unlike a few of these well meaning (cough), but misinformed (cough, cough), taxpayers (cough, cough, cough). The USPS does a great job and they do it well and quickly and at a great price. For example, UPS charges 13 dollars to deliver a letter. Small and mid size businesses count on the USPS to provide these services for us. The fact that a few folks had to wait a few minutes from their self important lives is irrelevant. Stop whining about small things folks. Also, none of your taxes support the USPS. They have been self funded since the beginning. SMH

The mail carrier that delivers to my home is friendly and professional. The service I received at the post office was very helpful. I haven't had a bad experience here like other post offices I've used. Great people! Great service!

I have personally always had a good experience with this post office. I don't mail or ship often but in my 13 years here I have never had a complaint. Like Jess V's negative review below, check your sources. She has given 86 reviews over the past few years and 60+ have been negative and complaining 🤦🏻‍♂

This location helped me a lot in my move to study at SCSU.
I received a lot of packages on General Delivery and all the staff there was always polite, respectful and upbeat.
They have great customer service there.

The Postal employees were very helpful when I told them I wanted help updating Google Maps. They gave me a delivery notice and the direct phone number.

I have had a box at this post office for almost 29 years. I am very happy with the service I have received there over the years.
