I recently moved to the area and I was in need of finding a post office since I sell sculptures online. This location may be small but I absolutely love the staff! Becky and Rus are so helpful! They're always in a good mood, knowledgeable, and it's always a pleasant experience. They definitely deserve a raise for how incredible they are! I haven't had any issues getting my packages delivered. Love this location.

I will miss Becky when she retires. I like the Waite Park post office. I like seeing the same people who are helpful. I like that it is small.

Poor, experience here. I usually go here, but I just happened to go to the USPS on W Division today. I will only go there from now on!!! Rus & Art are so helpful!!! The one on W Division is about a mile away from this one, go to that one instead. Customer service exists there and just your experience will be so much better! Trust me.
Employees at this one, don't help you ship packages for the lowest price and yell at you if you need tape, or really anything. Go to the other one on W Division!!!

Slowest distribution center ever. Was suppose to have a package delivered to me yesterday 9/11/17 as it arrived in Waite Park at 505am and didnt even move since then and since this review. Same thing happened before and it took over a week for movement. I wish the mail would not flow through this facility. Whats the point of paying the employees good money and benefits if they cant even do their job decently. Disgusting!!!

Waite Park is full of thieves at the postal facilities. The postmaster better investigate and fire the worthless people who are disrupting service and stealing.

I sell things online and I have always used the other post office in St Cloud. Recently I got a job near the Waite Park one so I've been using this one to ship out my packages. HUGE mistake. Since I've been using them I've lost 4 packages. The other packages that I sent with them got scanned and sent. All of which I dropped off at the same time. All 4 of them were Victoria's Secret items. I'm reporting this post office because this is not the first time one of your employee's have stolen someone else's mail.

After more than a decade of hand delivered mail
(Often very late), now we get zero mail. With out notice they decided we need to pic it up. Some people need new jobs-because you can’t handle one!

It would be nice if your stupid mail man/woman would actually deliver the package. No you just shove a note in my box and leave. Don’t even knock on door

There was a guy who works there who is a complete a$$hole. All he care is tacking on more money for postage. He worked the noon hour on Monday. He is a lazy a$$.

Never gets my mail it’s always in my neighbors mail box not sure

I give them 0 zero they are irresponsible they have sent me letters and they have decided that my address is vacant because they feel like it, twice, the same package they have returned it and already with a previous claim, that you have little shame, little or no professionalism nor do they bother to get to the place they simply return the package on the grounds that there is no one, useless.
