Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was a little hesitant given the 3 star average. But my wife and I were in the Mexican mood so tried it. This is easily a 5 star chipotle. They got to us quick, were kind and patient, and gave us great quantities. Food was chipotle good. Will it blow your mind? No it's chipotle but it's still very good. Definitely give this chipotle a go if you are familiar with the franchise. Not sure about the lower average review. Maybe they struggled a bit getting it going when they were new.

Very good experience at this location! Very surprised they were able to wrap a big of a burrito very neat and they did a great job! The crew was very nice and helpful and had cheerful attitudes!! Food was delicious, will be coming here again.

The food was great and the employees were friendly. The set up of restaurant is very weird and doesn't flow well. I'd definitely go back if in the area but would probably do take out and eat in the car.

I pulled up the Google review for this location and was *very* surprised to see a an unimpressive three star rating. Not to brag (kidding), but I've been to Chipotle locations all over the country and this one is hands down in the top five I've visited.

Clean atmosphere, attentive staff, good consistency across many orders, not sure what else you can ask for in a fast food setting. The manager of this location really seems to take pride in running a smooth operation. For reference: I typically do a take-out order for lunch once every one to two weeks.

It's a new location and I hope they keep it up...god knows they're already blowing the Dartmouth location out of the water on quality of service: that OTHER location occupies a place in my bottom five and should be avoided.

Always good, burritos 🌯 are my go-to. Pretty filling never sat inside, I only order while I have a break from work

All the staff were super friendly! Nice and clean! They JUST opened and you can tell these employees are trying hard! My food came out great. When they forgot my sons chips and were told a young girl helped us out and She was so apologetic and sweet! So far we are loving chipotle in town!

We went on the “soft opening”. The kids were all lined up and ready to go. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the portions were fantastic. I will definitely be going back for that delicious burrito bowl! Lets give them a chance, people. They have JUST opened! (P.S. - there’s a girl named Grace who has the best smile!).

Food was great, generous with portions, wasn't crowded or a long wait and staff was all about customer service

So Happy Chipotle opened in Fairhaven! beautiful new clean store and AMAZING staff, so friendly!! Food was fantastic, all fresh and great serving sizes!! Can't wait to visit again!!

My sister and I attended the soft opening, although it was a little chaotic with all the people showing up, the food was delicious and the employees working the line were trying their best to keep up with the crowd!

We were extremely appreciative once we got to the register and realized they were not charging for any food! However we were very disappointed once we went outside to enjoy our complimentary meals , when the manager from the Dartmouth store proceeded to converse with a patron on the side of us and give disparaging comments about the new staff! She proceeded to call them dumb and had very little understanding of how challenging the opening could be on new employees. From that point on her comments were unprofessional and showed her true character and lack of management skills! So to sum up our experience we would’ve rated our dinner a solid 7 1/2 but due to the managers display of unprofessionalism it tanked to a 4!
What a shame she couldn’t keep her comments to herself!

We tried using the drive-thru option (which we've never seen from a Chipotle before) for our first visit to this location. When my boyfriend pulled up to the window, the employee wasn't able to find our order and had him pull into a parking space so he could remake our meal. Once he had made our new meals and the pile of drive-thru orders had shrunk, he found our original order and delivered both our original and remade order to us and added a free drink for the inconvenience. The employee confided in my boyfriend that the company hadn't prepared them well for the drive-thru feature and he'd been verbally harassed by angry customers all day. Despite all that, this employee was so pleasant and totally made up for the inconvenience of having to wait. Once the dust settles a little bit from their grand opening, we'll be back simply because of this employee's kindness and generosity. Please give these employees some grace as they navigate these unexpected challenges. They're doing the best they can with a difficult situation. Big thank you to the young gentleman who helped us out today! 🩷

Absolutely loved this new location! Everyone was great and my burrito was awesome. I witnessed a woman being very rude to the employees complaining about the color of her guac even though it was fine. No one should have to be treated like that. People complain about everything these days, give them a chance the place just opened. Highly recommend!

I was so excited for the new location and was NOT disappointed! The food tasted so fresh and delicious, the staff were courteous and friendly, and I could not believe how well they did considering it’s a brand new location with a brand new staff. There was a young employee named Grace that went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and really made us feel like we were a priority. We will definitely be back.

this was the first time I’ve ever been to chipotle and I loved it!!! the wait was a little long, but seems they just opened, and honestly all the employees were so patient and I commend them. the girl at the register (I think her name was grace) was SO SWEET- she walked me thru the options and told me what she liked. im always so nervous trying new places but 10/10 experience bc of her, and will def go back :)

Chipotle in Fairhaven?!?? Say what!!! My burrito bowl dreams have become a reality. I love seeing the younger generation working hard and earning their own money. Great service and management seems to be putting in their all for their customers.

Great chipotle. Been to others in the city and they sometimes stink but this new location is doing well with the service and the food prep quality. They seem to have fresh food at most times of the day

employees are great (: people need to give this location a chance ! it’s only been a week please let it go that you were slightly disappointed by fast food!

When they first opened, I was shooketh at their lack of cleanliness BUT time has gone by and they probably just needed more time to train.. which is fair.

They’ve definitely improved and I love this location more than the Dartmouth one. Just wish their parking wasn’t so awkward lol

Everyone was super welcoming and helpful from the moment i walked in, i was hesitant to go at first since other chipotle restaurants that I’ve been to have been very mediocre, but this one was perfect. From the food, to the smiles the second I walked in, everything was great. Will definitely go back and recommend that people pass by all other chipotles to go to this one instead.

It was a little louder than I like but not the worst place. The food was awesome. I had Korean BBQ tacos. They were great. Service was good enough. Perfunctory but sufficient
