Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Relaxing atmosphere and incredible ice cream! Even have lots of options for non-dairy, vegan, and extra protein dietary needs. Was pleasantly surprised by the waffle cone, and the ingredients made for delectable treats on a hot day. Would go back daily if I lived nearby.

I came here without knowing much about it other than it has ice cream. I discovered it's more interesting than I expected. You create your own ice cream flavor and add toppings and other additions. I got a regular size custard in a waffle bowl. I combined marshmallow, white chocolate, and caramel flavors and added Oreo and cookie dough pieces. It was yummy and I was super surprised by how big the regular ice cream was. Would go back again.

I love this place so much… Not just because it’s super close to work and home, but the people are always so friendly and welcoming, the ice cream is top quality, and my family always has a fun experience coming to this place. Ask for the Chocolate Conduction, it will be such a pleasant surprise to you. Nutella Italian hot Cocoa, Strawberry Balsamic Delight, the favorites list goes on.

The inside and outside share a nice vibe that’s fun to stay around, the service was good and the nitrogen frozen ice cream was even better !

Stumbled across this place after my daughter pedicure appt. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She is as sweet as her ice cream. The prices for this new ice cream era are usually pretty pricey, but this place was very reasonable. Every single thing that we bought was very good and it’s so cool to watch how they create, your ice cream We will be back!!

This place is pretty amazing in terms of the quality of the product and the sheer variety of options you can select from. The have something for everyone here and you could spend an hour just trying to decide what to order.

I went with straight custard with cinnamon and it was excellent. Even though they are making each batch by hand the service was still pretty fast and the end result not only tasted good but it had an extremely smooth mouth feel which I enjoyed.

The staff was very friendly and guided us through as it was my families first time. Prices are fair for a hand crafted product and they are opened late which is great for days like today where he sun sets at 8:54pm

Definitely the best ice cream in Shadyside, it blows Millies out of the water! It's a fun experience watching The science happen and feeling the cool nitrogen blowing at you during the process. On top of that the ice cream is super creamy after a few minutes of well.. warming up? Blowing out nitrogen like a dragon is another experience worth trying.

My husband got the "peanut butter bonds" sensation and it was delicious! It was mixed with Reeses, brownie bites, and peanut butter then topped with hot fudge. We would get this again!!

I got a fruit smoothie! Its nice because you have the option of having them make a more natural fruit smoothie or making it sweeter, you just have to let them know.

OH MAN. So first and foremost…the people who work here are absolutely amazing. They are so warm and friendly, my husband and I felt right at home! And of course…the ice cream was AMAZING. I got peanut butter and my husband got banana. It was SO good!! We both ordered a small and when we saw it we genuinely did not think we would finish. WRONG. Delicious!! Will definitely be back.

We’ve been coming here for years now. Excellent ice cream. Frozen right before your eyes. The owners are so gracious and kind. Oh —- They are DOG FRIENDLY! They have doggy treats on the menu!! Millie’s down the street refuses you service if you have a dog. We bring Lola and that means a lot to us.

Ice cream made how you want with a copious amount of flavorings and toppings to make wild combinations with. It's a really great experience watching how they make the ice cream, using liquid nitrogen to freeze the cream and flavorings. It's worth if not just to watch them make it. With friendly service too. I highly recommend trying it out.

Awesome concept of ice cream served up flash frozen with nitrogen! Tasted way better than any other type of ice cream or froyo place I’ve ever been to!

Soooooo delicious and the staff are amazing!!!! I cannot remember the name of the young gentleman who served us the last time we were there (so sorry bc I asked) and he was very excited to tell us the nitrogen process and answer all of our questions that he probably gets asks constantly. This place always satisfies our craving for amazing ice cream and we love the it is woman owned and welcoming to ALL!!!!
