One of the best free courses near Denver. Very dog friendly and trash cans at every hole. I have seen snakes here so watch out for your pup. Awesome course layout with a solid mix of short and long holes. The first 18 holes have concrete tee pads. The rest of the tee pads and baskets can be hard to find. I played the last holes once, not really worth it but I'm sure will be great in the future.

This place is very pretty. The views are beautiful all around. It's right under the dam holding back Arvada reservoir though so if that thing ever breaks, you're never finding your disks again. There's also a lot of cactus on the course that you can accidentally kick when you wear sandals and get cactus spines stuck under your toenail on your big toe.

First time here and it was great! The design was well thought through, the location is awesome, no-terrain that's too challenging but definitely needed some outdoor type of shoes.

Ran into a gentleman that was building a new "green" if you will.. very nice and we told him it was a great course and that we had made a donation, he said that's what pays for the equipment he has to use to build those kinds of amenities and thanked us. There were plenty of benches and tables everywhere, really had a good time. 5⭐

UPDATE!!! Still a great course in town! Get out, go visit, throw plastic, Colorado is beautiful.

Great course, they do a good job keeping it up. The flow of the course is smooth, most holes are fairly open. Some hill and tree obstacles.

Very quiet, not crowded, and excellent scenery. I love that they have trash and recycle bins throughout the Park, too. 18 hole, par 3. Big Porta potty available in the parking lot, with toilet paper. Dog friendly. Only 2 other cars when we got here at 3:30; when we left at 6, there was 10 cars here. got busier towards the late afternoon.

One of the best courses in the state. Great views, beautiful sunsets and a challenging course with 27 holes.

A good variety of terrain and obsticals. Johnny Roberts is better for beginners. Two of the baskets are par 4 at this time. The rest are par 3 at this time. At least 4 others should be designated par 4 in my opinion. A very fun course to play.

Always a great game here. The bowl shape keeps you out of the wind on those days. I live on the other side of Denver from this course but will make the drive happily followed by a quick Johnny Robert's round to close the day.

It's hard to decide whether Bird's Nest or the course at Cherry Creek State Park is my favorite in town, but Bird's Nest is less crowded so it probably takes the edge.

The course is super fun and well kept, but get ready to walk! the course is really large and the holes are spread out which is great for play; just make sure you bring lots of water especially in the summer.

Beautiful course with amazing scenery, if you decide to check out this park please be careful because the rattle snakes are common here.

Great local course and has been wonderful to use for practice and shot shape training. It has become much busier over the last 2 years with the increase in disc golf popularity, but if you go early enough on weekends you can still get a fairly uninterrupted round. Many people seem to think the course is an off-leash dog park however, so there's that.

Top 3 favorite courses in the Denver metro area. Seriously, this place is awesome year round. They change up the cages every so often, so it's never the same. This course has relatively long holes (>300ft) but has lots of different terrain. If you haven't been to this course yet, it's a must try!

Awesome disc golf park with a dog park right next door. Technically challenging on some hole and long on others. Beautiful views of the mountains all along the course.

This is a great course in West Arvada. Accessible parking and 1 port o potty. There are trash cans on a few of the holes throughout the course. The course itself is moderately challenging due to hole distance, elevation changes and some well placed obstacles.

Great city course and an excellent use of the space to fit in 18 holes and another 9 that stretch out a little more. The course is well maintained, in the last 9 holes you have to pay a little more attention to where you land but still not unplayable. In muddy season this course can get gnarly so bring some shoes that will stay on your feet. Not far from WonderVu and Johnny Roberts either if you're trying to make a day of it.

This is one of the best disc golf courses in the Denver area. With 27 holes on the property it offers something everyone can enjoy. With a good mix of long and short holes, elevation change and excellent use of the trees on the course you will be challenged to put together a good round. Using uDisc it is easy to navigate around, but without it the signage isn't the best. The biggest issue is finding the tee pad for hole 3 from hole 2's basket. The back 9 holes are not as well kept as the main 18 but are a nice feature if you're hoping to play a little more disc golf.

My favorite course in Colorado so far, highly recommend it. I have played it a few times and I normally stop at hole 17 because the back 10 holes can get a bit swampy depending on the weather. I do however really like the course overall and would recommend it over any other for sure.
