Flo is the nice lady, worked with me through my first time filing taxes and even let me go renew my ID before finishing!

As with the three times filing taxes with Jackson and Hewitt , the tax preparer demonstrated an accumulation of knowledge in all fields of taxes being filed . My questions were answered without stutter or searching for an answer elsewhere. And though I did not get a great return this year, I do understand that it's not the fault of the preparer , just less hours worked on my part . Great service ! And I will , as with my wife and cousin, refer Jackson and Hewitt to all those I know. Thank You.

This guy named Mark got me a heck of a return this year. Two years ago I first met him and he advised me to have more taxes taken out of my paycheck. I also get social security so you can imagine the amount of taxes the government was getting from me. Long story short,last year sucked because of my employer and payroll. This year I'm singing praises for Mark once again. Jackson Hewitt is top of the line for tax preparers. I highly recommend this tax form.
