Mattress Firm Columbus Veterans

Worked with a local sales rep this morning financing a new mattress. Dj was very helpful in the process giving me different options that best accommodated me and was very upfront with how certain situations may have put me in a tough spot. Very happy with the Mattress Firm team. All sales members I have spoke to in order to test, and pick out the best mattress that best fit my needs.

DJ was very helpful and extremely nice. He answered all my questions. He knew a lot about the mattress. This day and time it is hard to find someone that cares about their customers, but DJ was a wonderful surprise!! He definitely needs to be appreciated!! Thank you !!

Freddie was a great help as my husband and I looked at all the great options Mattress Firm had to offer. He was informative and no pressure, very patient and thorough as we asked questions of the various manufacturers’ products.

We look forward to our new mattress set arriving next week.

Went to a few different stores before going to Mattress Firm. I had a lot of questions and Freddie was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try to push us to buy something that didn’t suit our needs, and let us take our time with making our final decision. Thank you Freddie! We were greeted immediately by DJ as we entered the store with a friendly smile. He made us feel comfortable.I like that there was no pressure as we searched for the mattress that met our needs. He readily answered all our questions. He made the process so easy. We look forward to working with DJ for our next mattress.

This is our second time purchasing with this company. This time we purchased a queen sized adjustable bed frame . We had a very nice store manager that helped us his name is DJ.
I will say I feel sorry for the employees that work there. The store is hot and the air conditioner is broken. Not good in the Georgia heat during 95 degree days.

LaDaniel was easy and super quick to work with to purchase our third mattress from the Mattress Firm store on Veterans Parkway in Columbus Ga. The store has many displays that you are able to lay on to figure out what is best for you. We also qualified for a promotional deal where we were able to get a King size mattress at the queen size price.

The only issue I had was the buildings A/C was not working and it was stifling hot in there. That is an OSHA violation to have employees work in that heat indoors. I hope the building manager is able to fix that issue soon so the employees do not suffer in that building any longer than they have been.

Like I said LaDaniel took care of us for the third time. I’ll continue to work with him any time I need to purchase a mattress.

I was hesitant purchasing a new mattress, I’ve had my previous mattress for years. There were some nights I slept Amazing and some nights I wanted to throw it out the window. I’ve visited Mattress Firm over 5 times, asked millions of questions and EVERYTIME a salesperson was pleasant, informative and extremely patient. Im Exceptionally satisfied with my new mattress and I can’t wait to for it to arrive!!! I’m about to sleep like a newborn baby.

AB-SO-LUTE-LY PROFESSIONAL! The manager NEVER got irritated with me even though I asked him 1k questions. I've been traveling and am just moving Herr and am tired. I was repeating myself on some of my questions and Mr. LaDaniel was on it!

They were a great sales staff. Explained the different beds then let us pick using the knowledge they gave us.

DJ was great. He provided options that I had not thought about. There was no pressure and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. It was a great experience. I would recommend him.
