Update: May 2019... we were so happy with our sofa purchase we went back and bought a bedroom set. Mike let us know about an upcoming sale so we were able to save some money and they were flexible about what pieces we wanted in the set. I'm very happy with my shipping experience here!

My experience shopping for home furniture at Babcock was excellent. Barb was so helpful and showed me everything that I wanted to see. Finally I choose a bedroom set for my 5 yrs old son. She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs.

I've got to say, this is the best place I've dealt with in a long time.
We recently purchased a recliner from them, had a minor issue with it and everyone involved from managers to sales and service personnel, were fantastic!
The minor 'issue' was resolved in less than a day, with full co-operation and without any hassle.
We'll never buy furniture from anywhere else - ever!

Love the store, they have really nice furniture. I purchased a living room set, not sales pressure A+ for that A+ to the two delivering man’s and a F - to the CEO for being so lazy and don’t update the bathroom for maybe more than 20 years.

Was helped immediately and given helpful information on the article I was purchasing. It was a refrigerator and mine had stopped working and I needed one immediately.
The refrigerator was delivered that afternoon by some very nice gentleman who took my old one away and set up my ice maker.
I was thrilled!!!

Badcock is a lovely store. It's clean and has a lot to offer. The prices are affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. The credit application process is simple and they have a great deal for the delivery service. I would recommend anyone who is seeking a good furniture bargain to use Badcock as their first shopping option! I had a wonderful experience and plan to return soon.
