Starbucks

Plenty of electric outlets and seating. Not too busy. Great study or remote work place. Music is a tad louder than I'd like

The staff here always goes above and beyond every time I come in. Great atmosphere and it’s always clean. One of the better Starbucks that I frequent 😊☕

This location has a bigger area to sit, work, study or just relax.
Drive thru can get pretty backed up and they get a lot of mobile orders, so expect a wait time during morning rush.
Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I received a response to my review and I believe it was taken as a complaint about waiting.
So to be clear this is a great Starbucks where I have no complaints about waiting.
I was merely trying to convey that this location gets busy at times where you may have to wait longer because there are more customers than can be accommodated without some manner of wait. Everyone at this location works at capacity and does a great job of handling their busy times. I would recommend it as a coffee stop to anyone...

Update:
I've gone to this location regularly now and I am always greeted with a hello and everyone is nice and helpful even when it's really busy in the mornings.
There is an intense rush between 6.30 and 7am here and again at 7.30am to 8.
Those rush times put them at capacity so schedule your stop accordingly

This location has the most amazing ladies that cheer up my day when I want a cup of coffee. This location is fast and friendly, and if there is ever an order mix up, they have always gladly made the right drink- sometimes even before you say the “wrong” drink will suffice. The few times I have come into the store to buy merch or use the Wi-Fi for a change of “office” scenery it is always very clean and cozy. The bathrooms are also immaculate, which cannot be said of most Starbucks.

Love this store and everyone who works there!! I look forward to saying hi to this team every morning. Special shout-out to Sheri who never forgets to give my dog a pup-cup. And to the manager working this a.m. who literally stopped everything she was doing to find my mobile order (I walked in about two seconds before it was set on the counter — I felt like a VIP. Definitely not necessary but very appreciated!)

Shout out to Hartford Starbucks this morning. The young lady taking our order and the lady serving our drinks served us with smiles and wonderful personalities. Thank you for making us smile through the drive thru❤❤❤

I must have gotten lucky, because I was in and out of the drive through in like 3 minutes! Very friendly staff and made my drink super fast. This was my first time at this specific Starbucks and it was great!

Since they've opened they've tried really hard on having good customer service. I've always had a nice experience and my coffee has been made how I like it. Now that they have plenty of staff its nice to see regular hours too.

I was surprised this place was bright and clean. Not dark and dull like most of the Starbucks in the area. And roomy not all cluttered like most stores. Let's keep it that way. Awesome long over due.

Wish mobile order was available more but I’ve never been disappointed with any of my orders like some other locations I’ve been to. Also everyone at the drive through window is super nice and friendly. Great addition to Hartford.

I love my local Starbucks the employees are so nice and have gotten to know me and what I order (I’m sure it has nothing to do with going there everyday lol)..& they actually spell my name right.

My daughter did not care for the hot chocolate, but the other items were great.

The Hartford location is great I've only been a few times but the few times I've gone they've been helpful. I've asked for suggestions on coffee and donut combo and Tara is great at that.

I love the look of this location with its tables on the exterior and cute string lights 😍 I placed a pick up order and was able to go through the drive thru line very quickly.

Everyone in the drive thru is always so attentive amd nice. I love talking with them and getting to know the people who work there.

Such wonderful Baristas at this location. Very welcoming, polite and caring. Clean well stocked happy place!

Hot chocolate really good.

I always order on my app and the drinks are right every time. They’re dealing with staff and supply issues just like everyone else and trying to make the best of it.

Have always been greeted by kind employees but shout out to Katie who go's the extra!
