Wendy's

I come here often late at night weekdays, like 1am, and this is the best night shift I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, consistently. To the manager who may read this, please show some love to your night shift they rock! -a hungry college student

My friends and I went inside this Wendy’s at around 9:30pm. We were greeted by a phenomenal crew member, his name was Nolan. Nolan provided us exceptional customer service and entertainment while we waited for our food. We were all very pleased with our food, and all agreed that Nolan did a fantastic job! Go Nolan!!

The day was extremely hot outside. We needed something to cool us down that wasn't too messy. So, an ice cream cone was out of the question. Wendy's has frosties. They had a new berry flavored frosty. We got chocolate and 1 of the berry frosties. They were excellent and just what we needed. Thanks Wendy

I came into this location and I was greeted and thanked for stopping by. The employees treated me as if I was family. My food was clearly made with care. This is the only place that I experienced my food resembling the pictures in the commercials at any fast food establishment. I will literally choose this place over some actual some local non fast food restaurants. This time I decided to let everyone hear and see. This is a chicken sandwich that comes with the 5 dollar biggie bag. Fantastic speed of service and friendly too. Thank you sincerely.

Got order in fast. Staff was kind. Lounge and bathroom areas were clean which is always a good sign. And the 5 for 5 is a cool deal. Fast and cheap for a quick meal.

Took 20 minutes to get our order. Told us they only has 2 baked potatoes, but by the time she got to our order there were no potatoes. Had to choose a different item twice. Will NOT go back there ever! Had to go set down and ask her to bring my refund to me as I needed to eat while my food was still warm. She never brought it. Finally leaving obtained it. Management surely not on top of workers. Have been to other Wendys amd never had this problem before.

Drive thru was ok speed and did order was correct staff was polite

This place was slammed. However the staff were calm collected and professional. Our food was fresh and hot. They were amazing!

Always a good spot.. and they dont have overhangs so bigger vans and trucks can fit in the drive threw

Busy tonight after football games. Drive-thru was only open. Spent $14.81 on frosted & Dave's Double large meal.

This Wendy's is always on point. Quick and easy, always friendly service. Definitely recommend for quick breakfast

This is the best Wendy’s I have ever been too. The food is amazing and the customer service is top notch. My friend and I took a while to decide what we wanted off the menu, and April was understanding as we took our time to order. She was very hospitable and cracked a few jokes. Even the man who handed us our meal did so with a smile. The fries are crispy, the food is fresh, but it’s the customer service that will keep us coming back to this location.

I wanted to try the orange frosty and cinnabons both are delicious

This location has amazing staff. The folks who work here have great attitudes and care about their customers. It's always worth driving a little farther to get the great service they provide!

The parking lot is wrecked, but maybe that will get fixed. At least the food is good. Service was friendly and quick. I asked for crispy fries and got them hot and fresh.

Jr Bacon was correctly made with fresh ingredients. Nuggets were hot & fresh and the sauce was right. I go to this Wendy's when I need to know my order will be right.

In the past, the experience was kinda wacky but it's gotten a lot better. Comes with a free show of many people leaving as they pull up, because of the lack of space in the drive through. Deciding whether or not to wait isn't even an issue, it is literally the lack of space to comfortably do a 3 point turn to even consider getting in line to order something, after you've driven into the trap. So get there before there isn't any room for your car and enjoy the free entertainment with hot nuggies.

Actually..I've been on a roll lately. I swear the last few times we have got fast food, the order was wrong or incomplete.I live on the Southside of Lansing..were it seems all the fast food spots can't get anything right. I know places are going thru tough times but it does get irritating to receive your food multiple times in row and not be right. But not today.. Wendy's knocked it outta the park. Line was long but it moved quick. I was like this can't be good..just a gut feeling. My order was correct, fries were fresh and my baconator was delicious...special ordered burger that was correct. To top it off..I'm not hungry more. So great job and y'all will be seeing me in the future. No more Southside fast food. Keep it up Wendy's. 🍟🍔🥤😉

Gentleman at FC was fast and nice, well trained. 7pm Mon oct 17, 2022.double stack buns a little crumbly, added tomatoes were expired not fresh. All else was great.

I come here all of the time. The crew tends to change but the food stays the same. Every time I come here the food is hot. There's always a 5 min wait it seems. But it's always worth it. They are always nice. The inside of the store was clean and everyone had gloves on. 5 stars

Food came out quickly, building was clean. One of the workers was going around cleaning tables and things as people left. Also asked about how everything tasted and whatever as she passed. Very friendly staff.
