I came from Houston to visit family here in Lubbock and they took me to this place, trust me when I tell you we need a store like this in houston, i really liked it.

i went into the store a couple days back, and they honestly had the best customer service ever. they were all so helpful. i loved it.

I heard this place has a location in portales but I can't find it online to save my life.it doesn't exist.can someone please post the address for the portales,new mexico store?

Great store

Couldn't tell who actually worked in the store, no one helped, just stared and talked to each other. The guy behind the register couldn't get off of his phone to help find a size. His response was if we have the size it will be out on the floor. He never offered to help look for a certain size, we finally found it on our own. It was our first time in the store, and most likely our last.

Horrible customer service. No one even acknowledged us or helped us. Did not honor military discount.

Their 14 day return policy needs to change especially during Christmas,will not be shopping there for any occasion or holiday???
