uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I have an IPhone 8 and the battery needed to be replaced. Went to Best Buy to have replaced, and they referred me to UBreakIFix. I felt confident when I spoke to the technician that my phone would be fixed properly. The service was great! I recommend them for all of your phone, computer, tablets and any of your gadgets. These guys know what they are doing.

I cannot say enough about how Awesome Ryan and Paul are!! They are so kind and patient. They take the time to explain and show you how they fixed your issue. I will ALWAYS refer our friends and family to them. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Set up appointment for home repair and was notified of time to be home. Tech was running early and asked if he could come early (great!). Tech showed up as communicated and told me how long it was going to take. At that time he rang the door bell and presented me with my fixed phone. We reviewed the operations of the phone to make sure everything worked. Great experience. Great communications so I knew what and when everything was going to be completed.

Don't bother going anywhere else. THIS store and staff are fantastic! The store manager, Paul, was extremely helpful and kind. I had spent two days on the phone with AT&T about a problem, and he was able to take care of it in just a few minutes. They are very knowledgeable - great work ethic.

5 stars hands down the best customer service you could ask for, thanks to Paul. 10/10 Would come back again and would recommend. He was very honest and took his time and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. I brought in a phone to get fixed and he gave me his honest recommendation that would best benefit me. Very greatful for the time he spent helping me. Don't want to see him any time soon lol but if anything breaks he's your go-to guy for the repair.

I recently had the horrifying experience of a broken phone screen rendering me somewhat helpless. Ryan and Paul were both very kind and patient and assisted me in a timely manner, despite there being many other customers. Paul gets an extra shout out for literally going above and beyond to solve a problem I was having restoring my photos. In listening to them interact with the other customers (it's a small environment), it is apparent they have a wealth of knowledge with respect to all things tech. Thanks guys!

Paul was very friendly and helpful when I brought my Xbox Series X in for a power issue. He was able to fix it quickly and I will definitely return for any future needed repairs. Highly recommend.

I came in with an unresponsive screen, Ryan was so kind and quick to fix! I got the phone back within a hour. Customer service here is honestly the best, and they even explained to you What are the possibilities so there’s no surprises!

Went in because my phone wouldn’t charge, none of the charging cables would work. I met Paul, and he was able to get my phone back charging with no issues. I was back in my truck within 10 minutes. Great customer service!

My 2 yr old got ahold of my phone and threw it and the screen came off the phone u can see the battery and everything “iphone” .
Service was fast and awesome took them 45 min and my phone was good to go! Definitely recommend. Workers were very friendly as well will keep going their for my electronics repairs .

I took my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in to get the USB charging port replaced due to an issue with a sensor (?) malfunction (apparently this has been a frequent occurrence with certain models). I was NOT happy that there was a $99.99+ tax fee for this... not to mention the inconvenience of having to take off work to go get it fixed, but what choice did I have, right?
Anyway, Paul was able to get it taken care of in about 30 min, and then, WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING, he took the initiative to e-mail Samsung and ask them to cover the $100+ fee since my phone is less than 1 1/2 yrs old and kept in excellent condition. That is what I call AMAZING customer service, and you rarely see that anywhere these days, if ever. They have made a customer for life today. I won't go anywhere else. You shouldn't either! My Technician was very quick and very customer service oriented when he came to fix my phone. He was also very informative about information regarding my warranty.

Paul stood on buisness. I dropped my ps5 off for a split hdmi port and had It fixed in less than a hour while I ran some errands.
He also cleaned my console inside and out.

I have a galaxy s21 that needed a battery replacement urgently because I have an implanted device that talks with my phone via an app that continually send data to my Dr's. It's running constantly so I knew my phone was going to have original battery damage. Samsung actually told me this place was a certified repair center with OEM samsung parts. I'm so thankful I didn't have to go to Houston to a direct samsung store without knowing whether or not they even had a battery or could fix it same day since I cannot be without it due to my cardio device. Everyone here was so friendly, kind, nice and just a surreal pleasure to work with. I'm so grateful for you guys!

Best around took my ps5 in to be repaired and he did it in less than 2 hrs. Other repair places gave me a 2 day wait this was most convenient I highly recommend this shop.
