Chris, the store manager, and his co-worker, Brian, went above and beyond what most stores would do for a customer. Chris spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to help me. When I finally got to the store, he again went beyond what was explained. He replaced an out of warranty battery for me because he wanted to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this store!!

I highly recommend this store because of Jesse who works here. He provided exceptional customer service. He helped me locate what I needed informed me of the differences and what was cost effective. He was so knowledgeable and kind and even installed my windshield wioers. He even took the old ones and boxes of the new ones away.Jess3 is incredible and I am now a customer for life! The young man who helped me was SO sweet in assisting me in choosing the right product to buy, and didn't mind when I made a change to another brand at the last minute. He installed the wiper blades I purchased quickly, and I was on my way. Five-star star customer service! Thank you.

Update: I had to return the blades because they squeaked and jumped across my windshield. So much for getting a good deal. I had to pay full price @ $50 something dollars for decent blades. I was at their mercy because by now my old blades had been thrown out. I would have never purchased $50 blades. The same ones on Amazon are about $25 cheaper.

This O'Reilly is staffed with good, friendly, knowledgeable staff who will always offer to help out when they're free. Expect to wait if they're busy, but also expect good service and assistance in retrieving parts and doing basic installs in your vehicle for no extra charge. For example, new car battery or wiper blades. They replaced my battery with the one I had just purchased, and checked the alternator while they were at it.

Inventory is usually pretty good as well, with most "maintenance" parts having two or three brands to choose from.

Decided to buy a KNN air filter for my car today so I stopped by here. Cole ordered it and had it delivered in 2 hours to the store and helped with the install. Cole is a very genuine and helpful guy, he went above and beyond my expectations! The next time I need parts for my car, he's the guy I'm calling and buying from. I would definitely reccomend anyone I know to get their automotive equipment and parts ordered at this store. Will be back soon.👍

Excellent service at this location. The part showed up when they said it would show up. I asked for a phone call when the part arrived and they actually called. And most important, it was the correct fit for my 32 year old truck. Can't ask for better. Great job guys!

The cold knocked out my battery. I found a great battery for my 2019 CR-V. It was top of the line for that vehicle with CCA 650 and CA 800 for $189. $22 core charge. With tax out the door was $208. Others were starting at $209 before tax and core. So I like O'Riley Auto parts for that reason. You can get the top of the line for middle ground price.

I've always found these guys to be super helpful, friendly, and respectful. Even if I'm completely clueless, they'll explain respectfully. They don't treat me like I'm stupid, or try to upsell me. They insist on putting my wipers on for me, and will read your engine lite code for free. They've come out to the car even if I wasn't quite sure how to explain what I needed.

Highly recommend. (I had to go to the Autozone once on K/Park. Not only didn't offer to help, but when I couldn't figure out how to get the old rear wiper off, they seemed really put out when I asked for help.

My first time visiting this O'Reilly's Auto Parts store to have brake rotors turned and the job was done to perfection. I was very pleased with the service and that the took less than an hour as I was told when I dropped off the rotors. Thanks guys for making my rainey brake job replacement a breeze to complete.

I received Great Customer Service. I went in this location Not known what I really needed. The employee came outside to my vehicle, checked it and then loaned me tools so that I could fix the problem myself on the spot. They could have made me pay for my own tools but they didn't and that's what won me over.

I went here before. This time my wife found a part online. Well, she printed up a coupon they would match😳😜👀. I took my coupon in, gave the man my coupon. He gave my a big box, I walked out with the perfect part, just like that,still coupons 😂😂😂. 👍👍 thank you.

I walked in not knowing anything I needed to fix my headlight. The staff was very helpful and pointed me jn the right direction. They even came out and looked at my car to make sure they were giving me the right item.

Super friendly employee who is helpful is a tall dude who has gauges in his ears. Sorry I don't know his name but he is the most helpful and I highly recommend this O'Reilly's because he works there

Located near my neighborhood and the salespeople are always helpful. Gave me a great tip today on what to use for a stubborn stain on an outside rearview mirror.

Great guys here that know their stuff. Bought some brake pads and rotors here. While I was paying the parts runner guy carried my rotors out and put them in the back of my truck. It’s the little things that count the most.

This was a funny experience for me almost like a test in a way I need a tool so I go straight to the person working there and asked them where it was he pointed at an ill so I look up and down this ill about 4 or 5 times I was putting on a show to see if he would ask me if I needed help he never did and I went to the ile my tool was on picked up and checked out and let him know I found it on my own so I like the store but I did not get treated all that great here is what I have to say about customers no matter why or for what reason you don't like a person or if you are indeferent with the person all ways treat the customer as though they are royalty the customer comes first the customer is the reason you have your business this is how i treat my customers I want everyone of my customers to leave with a smile
